1 out of 5 eggsNot worth the money

Pros: They look good

Cons: While screwing the fans into the case the rubber grommets start to twist while the fan isn't even secured yet and just twists the dumb plastic hole and strips it so you cant even put it back into your case.
I have a set of SP120's 1 AF 140 and 2 AF120s 2/2 of the AF120s did th is the 140 was fine too scared to even t ry the SP120's, they should have come up with a better design for a simple screw installation.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Quiet Fans but as a note to C70 case owners...

Pros: Very quiet no vibration what so ever I will definitely buy two more

Cons: didnt provide extra molex wires for plugs

Other Thoughts: The fans were fine but on the screws...I own a c70 case the screws were too small and the fan would just fall from its mount please be sure to use the screws provided by the c70case with the rubber plugs to actually screw the fans on

5 out of 5 eggsbest fans i have used

Pros: moves more air than previous fans,
quieter than previous fans,
Corsair!

Cons: none yet

Other Thoughts: I started out with the stock case fans, however they were too loud so i replaced them with 3 blue led coolermaster fans which claimed 16db loudness. they were quieter but not by much. After 2 months the Led's stopped working and shortly after one of the fans did also.
So i replaced the coolermaster fans for Green Led Apevia fans.. these fans were rated at 20DB loudness but oddly enough they were alot quieter than the coolermaster fans. so i now i don't use that brand. after about 6 months one of the Apevia fans got loud, i lubed it up and it fixed the problem. but i got tired of the green glow and decided to get rid of led fans all together. having had nothing but great experience's with other Corsair products i decided to buy these. These fans are even quieter than the previous fans...

ratings like these are something that any company can lie about and get away with. and most of the fans that actually are tested are tested outside of a computer case, they are tested blowing free air, no restrictions and no case to vibrate and create noise. when a fan is in a computer it is usually pushing or pulling air through some kind of vent or grill, this creates turbulence and noise, so the fan is always going to be louder than they claim for it to be... the only way to get a good product is to buy it from a brand that you can trust, this is why i buy Corsair.

4 out of 5 eggsGood fans

Pros: I have 5 of these in my system. They are very quiet and even come with cable extenders.

Cons: I'm not a fan of the rubber corners at all. It took me more time to screw the fan filters on these things and put them in my case then the rest of the build combined. The rubber resists screws, and if I had normal screws that wouldn't be such an issue, it was more so the Lian-li screws they use for fan filters, aren't very sturdy when they can't go all the way, flush to the fan, as with a plastic fan.

4 out of 5 eggsAlmost perfect

Pros: *Great Aesthetics
*Low-noise
*Solid Build Quality

Overall I am pleased with these fans and the airflow they have put out. There is almost no discernible noise that comes from them at max RPM.

Cons: The price isn't really a con but let me explain.

On the box it shows fans mounted to the front of a case and attached to the radiator of a corsair closed loop water cooler (which I also own) using long screws going through both screw holes. But Corsair does NOT include any long screws in the box to attach the fans in any of those scenarios!

So you pay $15 per fan, but they don't include a few screws that will cost them pennies. I had to go to local hardware store and buy a bag of screws and washers just to install my fans the way Corsair advertises it...

It might seem like a silly complaint, and if you are just mounting the fans to the case with the screws provided then yes it is. But if you're like me who bought 4 of these, almost $70 worth of fans, then get home and realize you have to go back out and buy screws it just really rubbed me the wrong way.

4 out of 5 eggsVery Quite Fan

Pros: Barely audible at max rpm, just the slight "whoosh" of air movement. No real hum, whine, buzz or click at any speed. Decent cable length.

The Color Rings are a clever way to match your color theme. Very nice aesthetic overall.

I'm using 1 of these as a bottom intake and the other angled behind my drive cage in my NZXT Switch 810.

Very good fan.

Cons: Low max RPM, but that is part of the reason these fans are so quiet. They still move a decent amount of air, if unrestricted.

Other Thoughts: As noted with many of Corsair's fans, the rubber brackets can be a little bit tricky to push a screw through and may compress slightly during installation. This did not seem to hinder operation in any way. A few seconds of additional installation is a small price to pay for the fantastic vibration reduction.

Corsair's "AF" fans operate best in unrestricted areas. The "SP" fans are more effective on radiators and other restricted areas. SP's are also available in Quiet Editions.

Out of curiosity, I did test these on my H100i and temps only went up a few degrees compared to the SP's.

4 out of 5 eggsGood fans

Pros: Very quiet, and I like the ability to set the ring to one of three colors (I went with white).

Cons: The price is too high for two fans. You're paying like $14 per fan. They're good, and at the time I didn't really care, but I think they'd be a better buy at $22-25.

Other Thoughts: They use a pretty standard 3 pin connection, so don't buy these for use on a CPU heatsink (or at least I don't recommend it).

5 out of 5 eggsamazing

Pros: Great air flow and quiet.

Cons: Little hard to install since it has the rubber corners kept moving around as you attached the screws.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Fans

Pros: High air flow. Quiet for the amount of air they move. Look great.

Cons: The holes where the screws mount will collapse if not careful.

Other Thoughts: I have almost always built with another manufacturer because the y were priced reasonable and worked well. I have tried several types of these new Corsair fans and I am totally sold. Three builds so far replacing all case and rad fans with Corsair and couldn't be happier. The comment with the screw holes; I have been buying small, hollow, nylon spacers and cutting it to the proper length and then painting them whatever color I need for the case. I then thread my mounting screws through these spacers and I don't have to worry about the fan mounting ears and it adds a subtle look of finish to the product.
