4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Quiet (see below)
Looks!!!
Different color rings for color matching.

Cons: So they're quiet.. When they're at low RPM, not so much when they're up higher. Had to RMA one because it made this horrid scraping noise.

Other Thoughts: Against every piece of advice you could get I put them on my Kraken x61. Rock solid temps (in an H440 at that). I was scared, but I don't regret it at all, they match my system perfectly looks-wise and I get better temps than most with a similar system.

5 out of 5 eggsLooks good with the h440 case

Pros: Bought them for my h440 case but in my opinion they sound the same as the stock nzxt fans but don't get me wrong, they move a whole lot more air than the stock fans.

Cons: None

2 out of 5 eggsCame in broken

Pros: Works.

Cons: Spent 25 dollars on this fan and it came in with the plastic supporter broken. The least I expect from Corsair especially when I'm spending 25 dollars for a friggen 140mm FAN is for it to not come to my house broken. Corsair's quality control has degraded so much this isn't the only product that I have gotten from them that came to my house broken. Ugh... =/ Now I'm going to have to RMA this fan and go through the whole waiting process again... knew I shouldve went for a Noctua fan. Still can't believe I spent 25 dollars for a broken Corsair fan. I don't think it's wise for me to shop for Corsair products anymore. =/

Other Thoughts: shouldve went for a noctua fan. they have a very reputable name and are known for quality which is something corsair obviously lacks big time. I've received a broken psu, case, speakers, liquid cooling and now this fan from them. Goodbye Corsair!! I've given them one too many chances to redeem themselves.

5 out of 5 eggsI am now a huge FAN

Pros: More quiet than the case fans that came with the Define R4. Much better looking than any fan I've seen. Slightly tricky to install with the rubber screw holes but was not a big deal. Not really anything to do with the fans but I ordered these a Wednesday and they were delivered on that Friday....ridiculous free shipping option New Egg, bravo.

Cons: nothing

4 out of 5 eggsGreat! but..

Pros: great airflow really quiet, does what a fan is supposed to do

Cons: the screw holes on the fan are terrible. they're rubber footings so you have to guide the screw in yourself and it is an absolute nightmare.

1 out of 5 eggsBEWARE - Screw Mounts Break Easily

Pros: Looks nice.

Cons: None of the four fans I purchased have threading in the screw hole. The screws torque the grey rubber padding and cause it to twist and rip. I was being as delicate as I could possibly be, and they still broke. I now have screws stuck in my case.

Other Thoughts: Why was the product testing phase skipped?

4 out of 5 eggsNice fan!

Pros: - Does what's advertised; moves a lot of hot air out of my NZXT H440 case.
- Quiet; I can barely hear this fan from a few feet away.

Cons: I understand the idea behind the rubberized feet, but trying to install this thing was a joke. I read other reviews about it being difficult and was skeptical about how difficult it could possibly be, but it really is a royal pain. Fairly certain I all but destroyed one of the feet. It basically grabbed onto the screw and is now holding on for dear life no matter which direction I turn that sucker. Fortunately, the fan functions perfectly and the damaged foot isn't resulting in poor performance.

Other Thoughts: If Corsair fixes the rubber feet twisting so easily, I would give this 5 stars. For a fan in this price range, that sort of quality issue isn't acceptable.

1 out of 5 eggsTerrible Out of Box Mounting Solution

Pros: * Can be mounted using Zip Ties
* Backed by great Corsair Customer Support

Cons: * Same problem as the AF120's
* Corners may or may not allow you to use the screws that come with the product. I had one good fan that mounted just fine and the second worked the first time, decided to flip them to test them. Second fan messed up the second time and the rubber corners ripped. Basically the screws will stop the moment the threading touches the plastic inside of the rubber - then you have a screw sticking half an inch out of the case that you basically have to either cut or damage the fan to get them out.

Other Thoughts: Please just use zip ties from Rosewill to mount these instead of the absolutely horrendous mounting solution that Corsair came up with.

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome fans!!!

Pros: Great airflow with nearly no noise! I have been through many different fans and these are by far the best! My computer went from annoying to where I now only here the fan for the power supply, CPU and my hard drives. That is good stuff!

Cons: Minus one egg for the fan blades being so brittle. Not sure if this was a design choice or a design limitation. When I opened the box, a fan blade broke off one of the fans. I was very surprised at how easy they are to break. Fans should be a little more resilient than that. This was the first time I have ever had fan blades break off so easily.

Other Thoughts: If you are careful, you should be happy with these fans. Don't touch the blades if you can help it...ESPECIALLY if they are in motion. Don't try to shortcut the fan's spin down or allow anything to touch them, they will break off.
