5 out of 5 eggsI can't hear this fan at all!!

Pros: As it says in the name, QUIET!

Cons: I didn't order enough to replace all my case fans.

Other Thoughts: I bought this to go on a CM Hyper Evo 212 to replace my stock AMD cooler. When I powered up my pc I had to open case to make sure the thing was even on.

Running the fan at just 30% it has already dropped my idle temps by 10C!! was idling at 40C, now it's yet to go above 30C.

I am definitely buying more of these fan when I build my gaming PC in a few months.

4 out of 5 eggsGood, but PWM faulty

Pros: VERY quiet, even when connected to a 12v Molex to Fan adapter.
Color rings add a slight customization and are easy to change, even with the fan running (long as you're careful).
Rubber mounting points for anti-vibration.

Cons: PWM didn't work for the one I got. Sensors had it running from 400Rpm all the way to 16,000!
The rubber mounting areas are a little tight if you are trying to pull a rubber mounting peg through, but not really worth an egg, unless you change fans often.
Cable not sleeved. (But it is black, so no eggs removed)

Other Thoughts: Wish the PWM would have worked, but considering this is a Static Pressure used in the push of a Push/pull config, I suppose it's better in the long run that it's running a steady pressure off a molex adapter.

5 out of 5 eggsVery pleased

Pros: - Looks great
- Solidly built
- Rubber reducers for vibration
- Color ring options
- Very quiet
- Works well and looks great on a radiator

Cons: - A little pricey, but you're paying for quality. Easily noticeable difference between stock case fans.
- Can't mount the color ring on both sides.

Nothing major enough to deduct an egg.

Other Thoughts: I bought two of these SP120's to replace the stock fans that came with my Corsair H80 liquid cooler. The stock fans we crazy loud during start up because the liquid cooler bumps their RPM's up very high for a few seconds as a stress test and to make sure they're functioning properly. Seriously sounded like a small leaf-blower. Never had my computer be so loud. It was almost comical.

Then I installed these two SP120's to my radiator and that deafening sounds went away completely. They're very very quiet and I don't notice anything during the H80's start up routine. Plus, they look great in my case and match my Blue/Black color scheme perfectly.

Definitely recommend these fans. Great purchase.

5 out of 5 eggsH60 Add On

Pros: Absolute silent in my Node 304 build, keeps my A10-6800K idling @ 34C

Cons: None, it replace the stock fan that cam with the H60 which was LOUD

Other Thoughts: Buy it.

4 out of 5 eggsquiet fan

Pros: This fan will more than likely be one of the quietest fans in your case. No weird noises or vibrations have been noticed after running it for a month at full speed. Also, it's a PWM fan and that does help with controlling the fan in a case (HTPC specifically)

Cons: As others have said, it's not the best with moving a lot of air. Don't get me wrong, it moves air well and when tested on an old dirty heat sinc, it actually seemed to move more air through it than a 60 cfm fan could. I also wish that they would have added a while and a black ring. White for UV, black for sleeker look.

Other Thoughts: Overall, the quality of the fan is great. Their isn't much that Corsair doesn't do well. Just need a version 2.0 with more ring colors.

5 out of 5 eggsVery quiet

Pros: Very quiet, moves a good amount of air given the noise output.
Replaceable fan rings add a level of customization/personalization.
Fits easily on my closed loop radiator (Antec Kuhler 620).
Works best as a front intake fan.
Also sold in a two pack (for cases with 2 fan intake slots).

Cons: How is there no black color ring? Just red, white, and blue. So if you have an all black case with no lights on your fans (like me) there isn't a ring for you, as the red and blue are both very bright. This fan is quiet, but depending on how you will use it, it may perform not as well as the fan you intend to replace (see other thoughts).

Other Thoughts: I find the term "high static pressure" on the front of the box just a tad misleading for this fan. This fan is really geared for low noise and low rpm and you can't really have high static pressure too (not from my experience). I have some fans that are above and beyond the 1.29mm/H2O, in fact, the fan that came with my water cooling kit has a static pressure of just over 3mm/H2O. So if the original fan for your radiator fails, or if you want quiet (my original fan was loud - so loud I hooked up a fan controller to it), then this could be a suitable replacement.
Temps were about 1-2 C above the original fan (when used as a radiator fan replacement) at idle and about 3-4 C on average at full load. I don't have any way to definitively measure noise, but to my ears this fan was much, much quieter than the fan that came with my water cooler.
Although this can work as a radiator replacement, I believe the best application of this fan would be as a front intake fan, as this fan has very low noise (closest to the ears will ALWAYS be the loudest :) ) and decent static pressure (needed for front intake fans).

5 out of 5 eggsnice and quiet

Pros: very quiet
one of the best looking fans out
can change the rings to match color scheme of your build

Cons: Does not move a lot of air...but it was meant to be a quiet fan hence the no egg loss

Other Thoughts: I put this in my brothers Corsair H70 water cooler along the stock fan that came with the cooler for some push pull action and dropped the temps down about 8*. It cooled it enough to get a decent over clock out of his aging CPU. I think these were meant for some builds that have a lot of fans to keep the noise down... Either way it worked enough for me to get the job done and it looks sweet to boot
