5 out of 5 eggshaving issues

Pros: A Excellent AIO CPU Cooler

Cons: A Pain to Install, having random spin ups when set to quiet

Other Thoughts: i'm experiencing random fan spin ups.i have it set to quiet and it will spin the fans up to full speed at least once an hour.i've checked the temps and they stay in the low 30's high 20's when it spins up.i all ready replaced the stock thermal pad with AC5 but no help.it still spins the fans up.
I have another Corsair AIO on my 3770's that runs perfect.this just must be a glitch.

5 out of 5 eggsRefurbished? yeah right.

Pros: This thing was brand new! I guess they marked it REFURBISHED because someone failed to put a case sticker in the box. Here that Corsair? No case sticker! Almost cost you an egg baby!

Keeps my AMD FX-9370 cool as ice.

Cons: Had to muscle some things but figured it out.

Other Thoughts: Got it with a $20 rebate for a grand total of $49.99. Woohoo!

5 out of 5 eggsBBB: Bueno, Bonito, Barato.

Pros: BBB= Good, Nice and Cheap, who can ask for more, i was running my FX 6200 at 4.2 because the air cooling (Hyper 212 evo) could not keep the beast under 65 C playing games, right now i got it at 4.5 and don`t go over 55 C, a little bit noisier than the 212 but that was expected seeing than it runs double fans.

Cons: do not tell me nice little things at my ear.

Other Thoughts: Even if it say refurbished in the box, i could not notice anything different than a new one, I did some mods on my own and replace the thermal paste with Artic Silver 5, the one in the set do not look like you can trust it, also replace one of the fans (the one at the rear window doing the pulling) with a Rosewill RFX-120BL capable of 87.5 CFM at only 2200 rpm , more air with less rpm and noise, system now idle at 32 C and playing goes to 50-55 C OC to 4.5Ghz.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Fits, cools (a lot better than the 92mm aftermarket hs/f I had). Temperature sensors were reading +10c (relative, obviously) or more under ArchLinux and were irratic, now they're at +1c Idle. Don't remember what it was at under load before, but now it generally stays under +30c. I'm sure it could do better if I could use Corsair Link to increase the fan/pump speed (not that I'd want to, it's really quiet). This is with just one of the included fans.

The Thumbscrew mount works pretty well, though it can be a bit difficult to get on if you have to twist the tubes.

The sata power is an interesting idea, and works well in my case since I don't have many internal devices using the sata connectors.

It's nice that the pump unit includes headers for fans, except...

Cons: The included Y-adaptor has two female ends instead of male, so they're pretty useless. Because of this, I had to connect the fan to the motherboard 4pin header instead, which kind of worked out (because I can control those headers from within Linux), but is still pretty annoying (what if I needed those for other fans, for instance? I only have two).

There are no screws to mount the radiator if you only use one fan. I made due with some case screws that I canibalized from the HDD that I had to remove to make room for the radiator (see other thoughts), but could have been a problem if I didn't have those.

Fan is a bit loud at higher RPMs (usually not an issue, but should be noted).

Other Thoughts: AMD FM2 motherboard with A10-6800k processor.
SilverStone Sugo SG06 mini-itx desktop case.

The radiator barely fits flush against the front of the case (I had to nibble a lot of the USB connector away to make it fit, and it's still pushing on it a good bit), and the pcb of my VisionTek 7770HD is flexed against the opposite side. I had to remove the CD/HDD tray altogether, and the slim DVD drive is now free-standing above it. :D

There was no room left for the HDD (left side GPU, right side cables, back PSU, front Rad), so it's currently in an external dock, though if it was a SSD/laptop HDD I could probably have slid it under the radiator or GPU.

Still, I'm happy with my purchase so far. I'm thinking I'll probably swap out my case next, since it's a really tight fit. I'll probably go for something shorter, but with a much wider base, so I have room next to the motherboard for the radiator, and above it for the GPU/HDD. I may just end up making my own case. ;)

5 out of 5 eggsH80i Refurbished Deal!!!

Pros: What a great price for what seems like a really good product. Purchased two of these for my sons and installed without any problems. Lowered temps on both computers (FX-8150),(FX-6350) and noise levels. Liquid cooling has never been so cheap as this!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Not sure why these units are sold as refurbished, they look new. There are no signs of prior use or installation. Everything in the box is just like a new unit, my H100i came just as these did and it was new. The only thing different is the stickers on the box "refurbished" and "1 year warranty"

4 out of 5 eggsDoes what it is asked

Pros: Cools my FX-8320 overclocked. At even a 4.4 GHz overclock the CPU stays withing 44 degrees Celsius AMD Thermal Margin at 100% load. I've never seen a temp above 35 degrees. I do have have high quality thermal paste. It is installed as an intake as the instructions recommend (cooler air comes in than goes out) Fits a 120mm Fan opening. Refurbished is exactly the same as the new product, it even comes in a box that is new. Easy mounting bracket. Water block installs easily.

Cons: Extremely Difficult to install the cables. The instructs have you install the cables last. On AMD if you mobo doesn't have much space in between the Case and the CPU once you get the Radiator installed you won't be able to plug in the Corsair Link Cable. I had to remove the radiator altogether to plug this cable in. I have a mid tower case. The Water Block has to go in the oriention of the AMD CPU cooler clamps, so if you mount the Corsair logo horizontally it is very difficult to plug the fans in, if you have some decent clearance it might be OK, but you might want to connect the fan connector first.

Other Thoughts: People have posted that the y-cable for the fans come in female only versions. This isn't the case. The y-cable has protectors for the male fan pins. With the connectors still attach it does look like a set of female connectors. I thought the same thing, but once I realized that they are just protectors I was able to slide protectors off.

4 out of 5 eggsDoesn't work without messing around with it

Pros: Compared to my last air cooler this thing cools my i5 4670k very well. The software is okay I guess. The quiet setting works very well. The cooling power of the fan would have got it a 5 star rating from me, however getting it installed...(see cons)

Cons: Doesn't fit on the mother board correctly. I needed to stick extra stuff between the backplate and the mother board to get it tight, and it still isn't quite right. There is a 10c difference between core #0 and core #3, but they are both under 70c with my OC so I haven't bothered taking another crack at installing it better. It shouldn't be that difficult and require ghetto fixes either.

Also, the balanced setting in the fan's software is kind of the same as performance noise wise, at least for me so far.

Other Thoughts: To all the reviews about the female fan headers. Look a little closer at the cable. You can slide that little block off and they become male. I'm not sure why Corsair decided to hide the fact that it's the right adapter, but it does work with the fans they provided.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat product, bad spec labeling

Pros: I have an AMD FX8350 processor and mounting this H80i was a breeze. I loved the included thumb screws made the installation process that much easier. I did remove the pre-applied thermal compound though and used some Arctic Silver 5 thermal compound, but I am sure the pre-applied paste works just fine. The LED lighting effects on the cooling block are insurmountable -- So many color combinations!

Cons: Fan splitter "Y" cable is a female instead of a male so the Corsair SP 120mm fans cannot connect to the block. :'( I am hoping I can get a male cable from either Newegg or Corsair, if not I will try to buy a male fan splitter cable.

Other Thoughts: Overall Great Product!!!

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome but...

Pros: Great cooler overall, awesome temperatures with OC i7 2600K. Easy installation, nice features, cheap, quality materials, but as I said in subject BUT...

Cons: ...it comes somehow uncomplete. Is it because it's refurbished or new is like that also idk. For my Asus Maximus V Gene it was very loose in contact with processor because backplate female screws peek through mobo about 1.5mm even with plastic washers that are already on backplate. Temperatures were worse than my old H50 and Antec 620. I have took it off and saw by the thermal paste that as much as it was fully tighten it just covered one corner of the CPU. Than I made small washers by myself, add them on backplate too, then it made strong contact with CPU and turned into a beast (I also used a bit Noctua thermal paste). Now with 2600K @ 4.5GHz 1.325V and 100% load with any benchmark temps are under 70 Celsius degrees and idle is up to 33.
