Good fan with a peculiar quality

Pros: This fan does its job and it does it well. It moves plenty of air all the while being quiet. Works with a NZXT Sentry 2 fan controller. Replaced an effective but extremely loud Silverstone Fan. Id say it is a great replacement. This fan does not have LEDs.

Cons: The box it came in had Japanese writing on it. Not a con but it made me doubt the products validity. Furthermore, the fan smells like it has been spray painted. The fan I received in the mail had either been blue and painted or was black and had blue paint brush strokes. Makes me wonder.

Other Thoughts: If it were not the smell of paint and the blue markings, this fan is very effective and a worthy replacement for loud and obnoxious fans. Would I buy it again? I would want to know if the fans are reconditioned and put back on the market or if the manufactoring process created the blue marks. If the fan I have is a fluke, then sure, Id buy another two.

Pros: Plently of space, easy mounting for the front fans, great wire hiding, all for a cheep price

Cons: Stock fans are loud but so are all stock fans
