4 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: High CFM for 100 MM
20$ for two, not that bad
I'm using the scythe musashi and I rigged these on there, and I'm getting 47c full load with an ATI 4890

Cons: They're noisy.
The cards make weird noise at 100% fan (sounds like they are clipping a fan when they are not), but I put them on a fan controller and turn them up when I'm playing a game since I wear headphones.

Other Thoughts: If you have a special cooler that requires 100mm fans, get these.

If you just need some fans and are looking at these I wouldn't bother and would just get some 120 mms

3 out of 5 eggsDoesn't move much air

Pros: Quiet.

Cons: Doesn't move as much air as I'd like. I have it in the lower front of my case and it won't pull in enough air to make itself useful. It's better than nothing.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks well

Pros: Moves a LOT of air. Fairly well built. Comes with adaptor for 4 pin/3pin. WAS free shipping. They probably figured out they were losing money when it costs $6 to ship a $7.99 item.

Cons: Noticeable noise. On the Cusp of too much. Beware of what you ask for (air flow).

Other Thoughts: Lowered MB temps 4 degrees C at idle.

5 out of 5 eggsScythe Mine cpu cooler fan upgrade

Pros: 10 cfm increase, w/o much db increase, over the stock 42.6 cfm 100 mm fan. (also sold here) 2 yrs running and in it's second pc. No bearing noise yet after 10,000 hrs.

Cons: The guy before got a bumb one. Not worth shipping cost to return. Booooo.

Other Thoughts: Very few places still sell the Scythe Mine CPU cooler. It received high markes when it first came out and is still availlable at Scythe w/adaptors included for 46 beans. With this fan installed my E8400@3.83 idles at 36c and stays under 50c in Cod4 and FSX.

1 out of 5 eggslasted 12 days

Pros: nope

Cons: Built a computer for my Daughter for Christmas with one of these fans in it. Last week she started complaining of a loud noise coming from her computer. It turned out to be this fan going bad.

Other Thoughts: If you only need a temporary fan that lasts less than a month, then this fan is for you.
