Cons: A bit expensive for a fan but this one is worth it.
Other Thoughts: Replaced my CPU fan with this and now my PC is quieter and the CPU runs cooler.

Great fan, odd screw hole design

Tech Level: high - Ownership: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: Pumps a good deal of air and doesn't sound obnoxious. Below average noise, above average airflow. What more could you ask for?
Cons: Two of the screw holes are blocked off in the middle with tubes. I wanted to put this on my Scythe Katana 3 heatsink, which connects the fan using metal fasteners onto the screw holes. But that's impossible since the metal connectors need to hook onto all 4 screw holes.
I might cut out the tube so I can use the fastener with this, but until then I'm left with a useless new fan.
Other Thoughts: If you're mounting this using 4 screws, it's one of the best 92mm fans there is. If you need interior access to those holes, look elsewhere.

Sturdy design, reasonably quiet

Tech Level: somewhat high - Ownership: less than 1 day

Pros: They look quite sturdy and list a life of 100,000 hours. Slightly noisier than my old Sil.... fans were when new, but never got more than 6-8 months out of them before the bearing went bad and they started to rattle. These Scythe fans look like a much sturdier design, the highly swept blades make a different kind of noise without the typical fan beat. More of a very gentle roar.
Cons: Price a little high, but if they last it is worth it.
Other Thoughts: 71 cubic meter/hour = 41.789 021 685 cubic foot/minute to save you the trouble of looking it up or doing the math.
