Pros: This thermal compound is great and it's non conductive, meaning that if you get it on the powered circuits it woun't cause a short. I've used this stuff for years mx-1 then mx-2, the mx-3 is out but newegg doesn't have it yet. I'll be buying the mx-3 as soon as they carry it ;-)

Cons: none, well buy 3 get 1 free would be nice ;-)

Other Thoughts: Works great on your gpu too or anything that needs thermal compound to bridge a gap to a heat sink.
The only thing better is the diamond compounds, but they cost alot more.
