The Accelero TWIN TURBO II is a dual-fan VGA cooler with enhanced multi-compatibility for present and future models. Designed to optimize performance and the overclocking capability of your system, the Accelero TWIN TURBO II is your ultimate cooler for mid-range to high-end graphic cards.

  • newegg Excellent Cooling Performance Featuring two 92mm PWM fans with a maximum cooling capacity up to 250 Watts, the Accelero TWIN TURBO II manages to transfer heat efficiently away from the GPU. Besides the 35-fin heatsink with 5 copper heatpipes, the pre-applied MX-4 thermal compound accelerates the heat dissipation process to ensure the VGA board is running under optimal temperature.
  • newegg Enhanced RAM and VR Cooling In order to boost the cooling efficiency of RAM and VR, the Accelero TWIN TURBO II comes with the G-1, an electrically non-conductive thermal glue used to affix RAM and VR heatsinks on the VGA board. Unlike generic thermal tapes, the G-1 offers high thermal conductivity with excellent adhesiveness. Moreover, removing the G-1 is extremely easy without leaving any residues.
  • newegg Virtually Silent Thanks to the low noise impeller and exclusive fan holder, the Accelero TWIN TURBO II runs at the minimum noise level of 0.3 sone, even at full load. Equipped with a PWM controller, the fan always runs at the optimal speed according to the load generated by the GPU.
  • newegg Multi-Compatible* The Accelero TWIN TURBO II comes with a versatile mounting mechanism and an extensive RAM and VR cooling set to accommodate a broad range of models. Featuring the CrossFire and SLI compatibility the users benefit from the optimized performance of a multi-VGA setup. (*The compatibility list is based on AMD Radeon and NVIDIA's reference board layout only.)

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Value - Great Aftermarket Cooler for HD7870

Pros: Temps w/ stock cooler: Idle 36-43°C, Load 70-98°C
Temps w/ Accelero TT II: Idle 28-35°C, Load 65-77°C

I can vouch that this cooler will reduce your temps significantly when installed correctly and paired with some high quality TIM. I utilized Arctic Silver 5. Be careful with the spacers, take your time, make sure everything is seated well. With an Asus Sabertooth X79 motherboard the PCI-E lanes are just far enough apart for this to fit into a Crossfire setup. It's wonderful!

Cons: I need more!

Other Thoughts: Great value for getting that last bit of performance out of your adding graphics card: great performance with maxed settings in "Dying Light", with a 12% over clock. 1920 x 1080

1 out of 5 eggsDon't buy for SLI or Crossife

Pros: Not sure couldn't install them.

Cons: Doesn't install on an ATX 2x16 Mobo. I tried two different boards Krait and a Gigybyte ATX no way it would fit.

Other Thoughts: Why not make this product in a form factor usable for a Mobo with multiple cards. Fail

4 out of 5 eggsExceeded my expectations. Highly recommended

Pros: -Extreme efficiency in cooling
-Extremely silent
-Went from 71c (reference fan speed at %100) to 55c (Arctic Accellero fan speed at %80!)

My GPU is EVGA 670 FTW overclocked at 1267mhz core | 3747 mem
I will be using this on my next upgrade.

Cons: -The instructions or lack thereof! You are only given an illustration on how to install the fan. I had to watch a few youtube videos for assistance.
-Took 7 business days for shipping/delivery via UPS 3 Day Select.

Other Thoughts: Highly recommended for overclocking and silence enthusiasts.

2 out of 5 eggsWould not recommend (please read cons)

Pros: -It was relatively cheap, about 70 bucks.

-Even when at 100% speed this fan is so quiet it's almost unbelievable. (Yes I am sure it was spinning)

Cons: (Please Read all of these as even the last one is important)

-As you'll read in all of the other reviews, the instructions are almost completely useless.

-This cooler is very easy to install incorrectly! Even when installed correctly it weights quite a bit and comes with no additional supports.

-The included spacers are not correctly sized!!! This is a huge deal as it directly corresponds to incorrect heat transfer and SIGNIFICANTLY higher temps! It took me about three complete breakdowns to figure this out. It could very well lead to a cooked GPU even if you have followed the instructions exactly.

-When I finally got this thing installed so that it functioned properly (which I will not call "installed correctly" as the instructions lead to improper function) it made almost no change in my system. My card now runs 10 degrees cooler while idle but almost 5 degrees hotter while under load!

-The cooler takes up an additional two expansion slots.

-It draws an additional 25 W which meant a power supply upgrade for me.

-Once again; it simply does not perform any positive function. I am out the money spent (wasted) on this cooler, plus the money on the power supply meant to make this cooler work. That was about 160 bucks total in the end for a 0% improvement.

-Because installing this cooler requires PERMANENT modification to your graphics card via thermal adhesive (epoxy) being used to mount heat sinks; your old cooler cannot be remounted onto your card! That is correct! If you have followed the instructions and mounted this cooler exactly as it instructs you, the heat sinks will never be able to be (safely) removed. I am forced to use this (completely) inferior cooler on my card now because I have no other options due to the heat sinks.

Other Thoughts: -While the card now runs hotter (see cons) it does cool off much faster. Not really a pro as it doesn't hardly mean a thing.

-I wish there was a way to get my money back on this product, but that is out the window. Not only have a wasted 70 bucks, but I have essentially limited the performance of my card to about 50% for the rest of it's life, because I cannot remove the heat sinks and therefore need the cooler for any type of operation. I have wasted a graphics card and my money on this "cooler."

5 out of 5 eggsMiraculous Device

Pros: Excellent cooling device! I'm running an EVGA GTX 760 Superclocked and it dropped the GPU temps from average of 165 degrees to 120 degrees! In Skyrim it would run upto 181 degrees under the greatest load, but now it has not risen past 131 degrees. Runs almost silently, can't hear it over the CPU fan. Terrific build quality and performance. I highly recommend this item.

Cons: It didn't cure my chronic back pain as I had hoped. And it didn't come with a pony.

Other Thoughts: My computer build:
Core I3 4170 Haswell
EVGA GTX 760 Superclocked
8 gb GSkill RAM
Thermaltake 600 watt PSU
Cooler Master Centurion case
Asus Z97-E 1150 motherboard
PNY 240 gb SSD

1 out of 5 eggsFans always tick

Pros: Keeps it cool WAAAy better than stock.

Cons: Had this for a while but the problem was 1 fan always ticked. They sent 2 new fan assembly's but EVERYONE still ticked like it had a bad bearing. I know the customer support specialist doesn't actually ship me the item but they never checked it was a very obvious sound and then they just started ignoring me.

5 out of 5 eggsSwiss Engineering

Pros: -Outstanding cooling performance
It lowered my GPU temperatures by an average of 11 deg C over seven graphics intensive programs (two benchmarks, five games)

-Quiet

- Increased my overclocking headroom

Cons: - As others have noted the instructions can seem a bit lacking. Especially when it comes to heat sink placement. A link to pictures of different base line PCBs with proper heat sink attachment would be great for us novice users.

-Large size may be a liability for those with small form factor cases

Other Thoughts: Installed on an MSI GTX 760, replacing their "Twin Frozr" cooler

It's so efficient that it caused a minor increase in my CPU temperatures, as my case exhausts through the radiator.

1 out of 5 eggsMissing parts

Pros: none

Cons: Missing parts, its just a useless table weight to cut your fingers on without mounting brackets to mount it on the gpu and also no spacers for those mounts.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Nice, just as advertised, the description that is.

Cons: Only problem is it doesn't fit. It says it's for my card, Sapphire HD 7850 but it's about a quarter inch longer than the card on the end that attaches to the case so the card won't go in the slot.

Maybe I could cut a big hole in the case and just let it stick out there :).

Oh well, live and learn.
