The Accelero L2 Plus is a cross compatible VGA cooler designed for low end to mid-range graphic cards, same as his predecessor L2 Pro but with a wider compatibility and enhanced RAM and VR cooling. A comprehensive RAM/VR cooling set is also included to improve the cooling performance of RAM/VR.

  • newegg Cooling Performance Featuring a 92 mm PWM fan and a cooling capacity of 120 Watts, the Accelero L2 Plus ensures components are performing under ideal temperature. The pre-applied MX-4 thermal compound allows enhanced thermal conductivity from the GPU, thus considerably extending its service life.
  • newegg Enhanced RAM and VR Cooling In order to boost the cooling efficiency of RAM and VR, the Accelero L2 Plus comes with the G-1, an electrically non-conductive thermal glue used to affix RAM and VR heatsinks on the VGA board. Unlike generic thermal tapes, the G-1 offers high thermal conductivity with excellent adhesiveness. Moreover, removing the G-1 is extremely easy without leaving any residues.
  • newegg Virtually Silent Operated by a low noise impeller enclosed in a unique fan holder to reduce the buzzing sound when the fan is spinning, the Accelero L2 Plus is barely audible even running at full load. To enable minimum noise level at all circumstances, the PWM controller enables the fan to run at the optimal speed according to the load generated by the GPU.
  • newegg Multi-Compatible* To accommodate a broad range of models, the Accelero L2 Plus comes with a versatile mounting mechanism and an extensive RAM and VR cooling set consisting of 16 pieces of RAM/VR heatsinks in various sizes. Featuring the CrossFireX and SLI compatibility the users benefit from the optimized performance of a multi-VGA setup. (*The compatibility list is based on AMD Radeon and NVIDIA's reference board layout only.)

5 out of 5 eggsCooler works great! Easy to install, inexpensvie

Pros: Awesome cooling ability. I had an old Radeon 5770 that was overheating and reaching close to 90c at idle! I tried replacing the thermal paste with some good arctic silver 5 paste and put the fan to 100% but it would still hit 90c at idle. I bought this cooler rather than throwing out the card since it was only $20.

This cooler works! Amazing cooling power for only $20. Dropped my temps from 90c down to 47c. Easy fix for $20 and well worth the money. Also the cooler is near silent, can't hear it running at all.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: If you have a GPU that is overheating, this is a great inexpensive way to fix it. And this cooler fits most older video cards both Nvidia and AMD.

4 out of 5 eggsARCTIC Accelero L2 Plus VGA Cooler

Pros: Very quiet, highly efficient.

Cons: *Fan takes up two adjacent PCIe slots.
*Glue that was supposed to be used to fix heat sinks to the memory and other components on the graphics card had solidified in the tube. This means that i) this had been sitting on the warehouse shelf for a long time or ii) the glue was not properly manufactured.
*The fan is powered by a cable from the power supply instead of the power supplied for the fan on the video card.

Other Thoughts: Good fan but could be better designed.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Cooler

Pros: This thing is great I installed it on My wife's EVGA 650 TI mostly too replace the fan on the stock cooler (it had broken off 3 fins from the fan ...somehow (still not sure how that happened) and it lowered her temps to around 29 degrees under load.

Cons: None (just wish they made one similar for the EVGA 750 TI FTW model)

5 out of 5 eggsSolid piece of kit

Pros: Bought this to replace the extra-crummy and extra-dead stock heatsink/fan on an XFX 5670. Brought loaded temps from 60C+ down to ~40C, so I'm super satisfied. Pretty easy to install, as long as you take the time to verify the exact orientation for the mountain bracket on your card.

A pile of vrm and ram heatsinks are included, too, which is a nice deal for the price.

Cons: The ram/vrm heatsinks wouldn't fit on the front side of my card without getting in the way of the gpu heatsink, but that's just the card's layout, can't fault Arctic there at all. My card's ram is running at stock and not super fast, so extra heat there isn't a problem for me.

Other Thoughts: It's a little thick, so have a care with some of the smaller mATX motherboards, you'll certainly lose any slot right underneath the PCIe, and it can get pretty close to the next slot down.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks like it was made for it!

Pros: Good alternative to a factory replacement. Does a great job of keeping temps under control. Cools a little better than the original.

Cons: A little annoying to surface mount the small heat sinks - but not unexpected.

Other Thoughts: I was originally hoping I could use the fan from this to replace a broken original for a 9800GT video card. It looks similar, but not a direct replacement. I opted for replacing the entire heat-sink (as this is designed to do) and it works great. Easy to install, though I would prefer a faster setting thermal adhesive for the chip heat-sinks. It's been running steady for about six months and the tems are well within norms.

5 out of 5 eggsJust what I needed!

Pros: Decent price
Seems sturdy
Fairly easy to install
Quiet as a mouse.

Cons: I would rather have you put the thermal paste in a little packet then to have it pre spread over the length of the heatsink. I had to wipe off a considerable amount but this didn't tick me off enough to drop an egg.

Other Thoughts: My Power Color Radeon 7700 was making terrible ticking noises so I took it out and behold 4 blades were missing and rattling around inside. I was skeptical and thought it was going to be a pain installing this on my Radeon 7700 but took me all of 10 minutes and super quiet. I plan on buying 4 more of these now as I have a few XFIRE and SLI setups in my house. Thanks Arctic for saving the day :)

5 out of 5 eggsGood cooler but make sure you pay attention to what you're buying

Pros: Price, Great Airflow, Quiet Fan

Cons: The glue for the heatsink for the memory chips is hard to come out (but that's not a con)

Other Thoughts: One of my stock fan fins broke off and I went to Tom's hardware to see if it they knew what heatsink I needed they gave me this graphics card cooler. However there's just one problem first of all the graphics card that I had was a galaxy GeForce 550 Ti the graphics card cooler was meant for a 650Ti graphics card but that's what you get for not researching what type of graphics card you have. I had a few problems with it here and there but I managed to get it working at the temperature for my stock fan brought it all the way up to 86 Celsius now it's about 70 when I am playing Need For Speed: World Online Simraceway and Most Wanted(2012) But It might be higher. As for cooling the GPU down at one it was at 33 Celsius this is a big drop from the stock fan of 40 Celsius. Overall it a good graphics card cooler just make sure you get the correct one there's another one that costs $44.99 that is the one you want if you're using a 550 Ti graphics card.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Very Well

Pros: Very easy to Install All items on a GTX 650 TI the Thermal Adhesive for the memory heat sinks work very well if you give it the 1 hour cure time it actually states it needs in the instructions....temps on the card went from 37 c to 27 c under load

Cons: Now make one JUST like it for a GTX 750 TI....(With the heat sinks for memory)
