Pros: Extremely quiet! While it looks a funny compared to the sexy fan/heat sync built on to the GTX690 it's clearly much much higher quality on the inside.

Cons: Like I said above, it doesn't look sexy. I don't really care about this, but if you want to show off an open case you'll have some explaining to do.

This is my first time installing an aftermarket fan like this and it's more laborious and stressful process than I imagined. It took me maybe 2 hours (making some mistakes along the way).

Since I wish I could have known this before buying, here's the process:
- Remove about 20 tiny screws, many of them the star shaped ones. (My screwdriver head bent here and I had to get a new one.)
- Peel of the old fan and clean up all the old thermal grease.
- Cut up the supplied thermal pads provided into little squares and peel off one protective sides.
- Stick the pads to the new fan in all the designated spots and peel off the other protective sides.
- Connect the fan cable and carefully position the card over the fan.
- Screw in all the new screws. (I messed up here and spent 30 minutes trying to put the old screws back in.)
- Realize that you have hairline cuts all over your hands and probably should have worn gloves. Oops.

Most of difficulty I blame nVidia and myself for, but I'm taking an egg off because I wish it was more clearly noted what level of skill is needed to install it.

Other Thoughts: I learned a lot from installing this and I'm really glad I did it. If you've built a few computers and want to take one tiny step forward in your geekery, give this a try! If this is your first time building, I'd buy your geek friend dinner and get him to do the work.

Pros: This product is very quiet. I hesitate to call it silent, but I basically can't hear it over my case fans (some already very quiet Noctua fans I might add).

Idle temps dropped from 32 to 27. Not that much of different. However, load temps dropped 12~15c at least. Very much improved and I definitely feel more comfortable overclocking my card a bit more now.

Installation is very easy.

Cons: This this is huge. Make sure you have the room for it in you're case. It's also quiet wide so if you have some fans mounted on you're side door it might case some issues.

It's heavy. The fans come with some foam pillars to help support the fans but I'll admit they are a bit unsightly.

Other Thoughts: I've had experience with other Accelero products and I have to say the installation has been made much easier. Some of the other products although excellent in performance were an absolute nightmare to install. Thankfully this one is very well put together and very easy to install.
