Pros: Small form factor. Easy to assemble and straight forward install. Fits well in my Micro ATX case.

Cons: Used this to replace the stock HSF that came with my 4th Gen I7 Processor, and my CPU temp has increased by about 4-6 degrees at idle.

Pros: good price/quality ratio.

Nice and quiet and has PWM control.

At max speed inaudible from 2 feet.

Cons: push-pin.

doesn't do a good job at cooling hot Ivy Bridge quad cores but then again wasn't designed for it.

Other Thoughts: All Aluminum w a max TDP of 70W but I used this on a 77W locked processor and got acceptable temps. Quieter than stock.

5 out of 5 eggs1155 i7 3770 34-72C

Pros: Cheap
Durable (enough) and sturdy mount
Does not interfere with DIMM or other slots
Fits most normal u/ATX cases
6 year warranty
Quiet (average)

Cons: Plastic tab mount (like stock Intel HSF)
Fan isn't vibration mounted, though is still quiet

Other Thoughts: I needed a stock cooler to get these up and running with OEM chips. This fits the bill just fine. Running 64bit Mint Linux, 8x cpuburn P6 threads + handbrake transcode, vlc, etc. (load was at 32+), no single core, nor package ever went over 72C. Idles at 34C, all at 80F ambient (measured with GKrellM, on included MX-2 grease). I give it 5 cause you see the price, and you're getting better than the manufacturer's specifications. They state <=70W on the box, but it handles the 77W 3770 at full load without a problem. Gigabyte Z77-DS3H had no mounting clip issues at all.

1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: None that I could find since it didn't work right out of the box.

Cons: 1) Dead on Arrival
2) It has those ghetto plastic clips on it which break stupid easy. These specific clips didn't break on me, but I groaned when I saw those clips. I've had other fans with the same ones and if you ever plan on removing the fan, be prepared for a fight to get it back on.

Other Thoughts: Man Newegg, why no other CPU fans for LGA 1150 >.< I'd have gone with a pricier fan than this one if I had a choice.

Pros: Very quiet - I can't hear it. Keeps CPU cool. Good price.

Cons: Instructions too brief but can be figured out by stopping to think and looking at the parts.

Other Thoughts: The cooler is rated 70w, but my CPU is rated 35w.
