4 out of 5 eggsDidn't quite fit...

Pros: This is a great heatsink/fan. Insanely quiet, keeps my temps low even when oc'ing, and looks nice(blue leds).

Cons: Didn't quite fit my AM2 socket perfectly. The clips had nothing to clip onto and the piece that shipped didn't fit my mobo. I rigged it so it should stay on there but this was a major drawback.

Other Thoughts: I don't think others had this problem, so maybe it was just my mobo(ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe)

5 out of 5 eggsSupercool

Pros: Looks nice, easy install. Using this with an AthlonX2 4200+ - My cpu temps have never hit above 50C no matter what I throw at it. Very quiet. Blue LED's match case lighting scheme for a nice look. Sleeved power cable. Comes with grease and a sticker. Great for the price.

Cons: Low fan speed requires you to diable cpu fan speed warnings. But the documentation says the fan may slow down or even stop due to the onboard temp probe, so ok - No biggie - I can tell by my temps that this thing is working fine. Included grease is kinda sticky.

Other Thoughts: People that have 50C idle temps with this thing must have no case fans installed or something. With 4 case fans and this thing, I'm idling in the low 30's. If you don't like blue LED's don't buy. If you don't tie up your cables neatly in your case, watch for the open fan (and learn to use wire ties.) Heatsink is large but not massive. No problems on A8N5X or A8N-SLI boards.

Pros: cools well exteremely quiet.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent for AMD 64 3200+

Pros: My AMD 64 3200+ idles at one degree above room temperature with this fan running at 660 RPM. (The motherboard reduces the fan voltage, allowing it to run very slow.) Under load, the processor never goes above about 35 degrees C, which is significantly better than the stock cooler.

Plus, it's very quiet and looks cool.

Cons: While it's great for low power processors like the 3200+, I wouldn't use this for a dual core processor. Step up to the freezer 64 pro for dual cores.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Very quiet, very very nice lights.

Cons: Only two things that bothered me, first the heat sink is very big, sort of a pain to put in. The only other problem that i have was there is no protection around the fan so it was hard for me to reroute my wires, but it wasn't a big deal.

Other Thoughts: other than the size this cpu is perfect.

4 out of 5 eggsSilent Cooler

Pros: Extremely quiet and not as large as others have made it sound. The LED's add to the effect of my computer.

Cons: Idle temperature did increase, by almost 6 degrees.

Other Thoughts: For the price, this is an awesome fan. I can actually hear my hard drives working. Even the monitor makes more noise.

4 out of 5 eggsVery Good Cooler

Pros: Runs very cool with an AMD64 3400 and Gigabyte mobo. Light is neat even though I don't usually get excited with bells and whistles. Very quiet

Cons: Large, very large.

Other Thoughts: The fan looks vulnerable to wires and cables getting into the fan so use twist ties to route all the stuff around it.

4 out of 5 eggsCan't complain.

Pros: Nice big fan. Much more quiet than my stock hs/f. Couple this with some Arctic Silver 5, and you're good to go.

Cons: Stupid blue LED. Not that bright, though, so I'll get over it. Not that big of a temp drop, but that's not what I was looking for anyway. I needed silence, and it provided fairly well.

Other Thoughts: Placed this sucker on an ECS RS482-M micro ATX mobo and barely had enough clearance between the hs and northbridge hs. Make sure you've got enough room for this puppy. It does exactly what I wanted it to do in my HTPC, though... be quiet.
