4 out of 5 eggsIt Works

Pros: It works.
It isn't too loud.

Cons: The fan controller stopped working in less than a year.

Other Thoughts: The device runs at high speed after the fan controller stopped working, but at least it still works.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Easy installation for cooling the RAID controllers.
Fan controller to balance the fan noise and cooling.

Cons: Would like to have the 80x80mm fan for more effective quiet cooling.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect

Pros: works as advertised

Cons: wanted a quiet fan instead. stock fan can get a bit loud

Other Thoughts: I replaced original fan with a supper quiet fan, simple as pie (shh cooking a pie is not that easy)
used this to replace a burnt out fan on a video card.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks Great

Pros: Easy to install. This thing works just as advertised. It's quiet and comes with the adapter to tie in with your other fan. Lowered the temp on my Ceton card by 8 degrees C.

Cons: Same issue as several others. The rails for the fan were too long to fit in my HTPC case. I had to cut the last several inches of the rails off before I could get the card in. I know they have to be long to accomodate an optional extra fan, but they should telescope out if needed.

5 out of 5 eggsGood item

Pros: Cheap, adjustable, good item.

Cons: None so far, but the legth of the rails could be an issue in smaller cases.

Other Thoughts: Good item, if you have passive cooling on your VGA, I highly recommend this. You can also mess around with it and add an extra fan of the same size.

4 out of 5 eggsCheap fix for dead stock fan

Pros: -very good cost-effective fix for any broken stock GPU fan
-modifiable up to 3 total fan attachments

Cons: does not out perform stock fan in anyway but a solid replacement.

Other Thoughts: saved me hassle and headache associated with rma and warranty procedures after the fan on my HIS ATI 5850 died.

5 out of 5 eggsDidn't fit w/ fan attached

Pros: Keeps my dual core 65w AMD processor at 40°C in a very small Zotac ITX case without the included fan!

Cons: Wouldn't fit under the power supply with the fan attached. I had to remove the fan and rely on the PSU fan to move air over the CPU. Though it is not the fault of this unit!

Other Thoughts: 40°C on a semi-passive system, would be better if I could leave the fan on the unit!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It work well as a pci slot cooler.I use it in a factory hp I just use to get on line with and play movies.I have a evga gt240 ddr5 video card in this pc to watch movies on my 42"visio tv.This cooler has helped keep the card temp down and has lasted good.I have had it for around a year now and it has run alot but keeps on going.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: You could mount more fans on this if you needed to.
