5 out of 5 eggsDoes the job. Remove the filters and it does it better

Pros: Removing the filter covers from the front resulted in my CPU temps dropping 4 degrees C because I really needed airflow on my heatsink

Cons: Didn't fit quite perfectly so I had to wrestle it in to fit the case. It wasn't too bad and since I didn't have to shave anything off, I won't deduct for this.

Other Thoughts: I really love the extra airflow!

4 out of 5 eggsTougher to install in tool-free case.

Pros: Moves a lot of air without too much noise. Comes with rails to install 3 HDDs. Filters are easily removable for cleaning. (Just slide the chrome filter housings up and they lift right off.) Install videos available at Titan's site. Plenty of screws in the package. Well packaged at Titan. Inexpensive here at Newegg.

Cons: The nuts that hold the cooler to the case can pop out during the installation. You have to press them back in and try again.

The fan has only a 4-pin Molex connector. I used a adapter cable (N82E16812201009) to connect to my fan controller. (N82E16811997022)

Other Thoughts: I installed it in a CoolerMaster Sileo case. (N82E16811119207) Tool-free cases offer many advantages but they do make projects like this more challenging. I was already modding the case to make cable routing easier so I chose to remove the tool-free drive locks and drill a few holes to accommodate the cooler and HDDs.

You may wish to consider alternative cooling options if you have a tool-free case.

4 out of 5 eggsSatisfied

Pros: actually looks nicer than it does in the picture, works good as just a fan. quieter than expected. gives my case a mean look rather than a cheap plastic look. i was kind of expecting a cheap plastic look but air flow was my main concern. can mount 3 drives but i suggest only one or two behind it if any simply cuz i dont like cramming warm things in a small area close together. overall i would suggest this for more front air flow than just a bottom front fan alone.

Cons: i thought the screen was removable, doesnt appear to be the case, doesnt matter it still moves air without too much noise. screws are special for the fan, i wanted to add a fan dampener but it looks like if i do that the screws will be slightly too short, again i could be wrong didnt wanna try it cuz the vibration is hardly noticable. wish i didnt have tooless bays, i can only secure screws on one side so its the other side that has vibration. its minimal though. couldnt figure out how a drive would be mounted to it with the 3 brackets it comes with, BUT i spent little time looking it over since i had my drives already situated. just looked over it a little out of curiosity. very tight fit but the plastic does safely flex a little to manage it.

Other Thoughts: im sure in the future if i want to add a 3rd drive i could make good use of this setup without buying another drive bay enclosure, the 2 bay and 3 bay versions both seem good but i went with the 3 so i would fill up my bays and have more air moving. my case faceplate pushed the one corner back just slightly and it looks funny for now but eventually it will bother me enough to work on correcting it, another drawback to the tool less bays, sure they may be easy and hold stuff in place but the side that gets clicked into place is never as sturdy as good old fashioned screws. no matter what kind of case you have if you think it will fit i would suggest it.

2 out of 5 eggsSystem Cooler

Pros: Decent amount of airflow and very quiet.

Cons: Very cheap hardware and not so easy to install. Had 3 of the mounting holes mess up to where the nuts the screws go into fall out of the plastic as soon as you put them in completely crippling the mount.

Other Thoughts: Had to alter the brackets with parts from hardware store to insure being able to take on and off without stripping the screws.
