5 out of 5 eggsWorth the buy

Pros: Cools my MOSFETs and ram. Plus most the motherboard. I got a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 rev 3. The factory heatsinks suck and need extra cooling. This cooler solved that problem. I plugged the 140mm fan into the Case Fan 1 PWM connector and ran the fan at 100%. The 120mm fan on the vertical side of the heatsink, I plugged in to the CPU Fan connector. With the 140 running full all the time, the 120 hardly comes on. When I work on editing videos or playing a game, the 120 ramps up to 30 to 50%. The cooler in general keeps my CPU down to 104 at full HD rendering.

Cons: None at this time.

Other Thoughts: Bought the cooler from another website. So can't say anything about newegg. Oh one peace of advice. May not fit in a Micro ATX case. I put it in a Cooler Master HAF 912. It just clears the side panel.
