1 out of 5 eggsthe fan is the loudest thing in my home,

3 out of 5 eggsEfficient

Pros: Helps keep my small case cool
Pushes a lot of air
Does what it advertises

Cons: Like others have said, there is an annoying grinding noise that starts up after the initial use, and for whatever reason, when you turn off your pc or even put it into sleep or hibernate, something happens so that when you turn it on again that an aggravating grinding noise starts up. Very disappointing. I have to leave the mounting screw out of my case so i can continually knock against the fan to make it stop every time i put it into sleep.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend only if there is a solution found to the grinding, or you never have to turn off your computer. It really does help, but it can be bothersome.

4 out of 5 eggsIt's Ok

Pros: Move's plenty of air out of the case. Very useful for removing stagnant air from case. UV Reactant casing is decent. Can flip around to either pull air down (used as an extra exhaust for the cpu cooling) or pull air up (another used as an exhaust to pull hot air that just wanted to linger around my psu on the bottom of the case). Quiet..........?

Cons: Cheaply made.

Other Thoughts: I own 2. The first has been used in both places in my case. No defects currently used to pull hot air from around psu at bottom of case. The 2nd swapped for cpu exhaust. because first one did not seem to not wanna move alot of air so repositioned it to bottom of case and was working great. Swapped the 2nd to have it facing up (cpu exhaust) and the casing seemed to wanna come apart (it didn't, just wanted too), which shortly after the fan started to make a clicking sound (like it was hitting something). Took it out turned it back to original position it seems to stop but is now just sitting there doing nothing.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Seems to do everything required of it, and isn't noticeable in operation.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: The review is late, because a house move got in the way.

4 out of 5 eggsGood little cooler

Pros: I ended up selling the computer I originally purchased this for, but it made a pretty good difference because it was a factory built case (IE: Small case with bare minimum fan options) it pushed a decent amount of air, and these can be used in essentially every single computer on the market.

Cons: The plastic casing on it made it a bit bulky. It ended up slightly resting on top of the graphics card. Luckily it was a card with a backplate and it's plastic so it didn't cause an issue, but if your case only allows for it to be installed near the graphics card I wouldn't have felt comfortable doing this if it didn't have a back plate.

Other Thoughts: It's cheap, and works. If you have a premade computer like Dell/HP/Compaq etc that typically only have an exhaust fan this is a good option.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Runs quiet when working. Removes air decently.

Cons: The fan does not seem to sit tightly in my case. Even tightened down tightly, the fan can still move. It started making a horrible grinding sound. So it is basically useless now.

1 out of 5 eggsDied after 5 days of use

Pros: None

Cons: I installed this in my PC Sunday, and last night (Thursday) it started making horrible grinding sounds, likely from a slipped ball bearing or something. So, yeah...it worked for approximately 5 days.

Other Thoughts: I don't think I'll be buying a Rosewill product again.

5 out of 5 eggsWonderful cheap little pci slot cooler!

Pros: Runs quiet,Cheap in case it needs to be replaced,UV reactive,(DOES NOT HAVE AN LED INSIDE IT!!!!) but will glow when led light hits it! keeps a geforce 610 running at about 3-5 degrees celsius cooler!

Cons: None really maybe other then it don't seem to last long according to other reivews on here before the fan seizes up but at the price for them really can't complain! If it lasts 6 months I will be happy! Oh and I have to mention this again it does not have an led it is just uv reactive and will glow the color of the led when led light hits it

Other Thoughts: Nothing to say!

3 out of 5 eggsEffective but noisy on startup.

Pros: Moves a fairly high volume of air. The 35 cfm is probably close to accurate.

Low Cost

Cons: It slips when not powered up as other reviewers have mentioned. I have to take the side off my case every time I start my computer and adjust it otherwise there is a loud grinding/whirring noise.

Other Thoughts: It's kind of a pain. I'll spend a little more next time and try to get something that mounts a little better. It does work fairly well once it's adjusted though. It moves enough air it might create a problem if you are trying to maintain a positive pressure environment inside your case. I have two 80mm fans blowing in and this and the PSU blowing out and I have the feeling that this is moving more air than the two 80mm fans.
