The Rosewill ROCF-11003 is built to perform with a super silent 14cm fan which uses S-FLOW blades supplying 30% more airflow than a standard fan at the same speed. The greater performance combined with PWM automatic speed control allows the fan noise to be kept to a minimum.

  • newegg Decent Cooling Performance The super silent 14cm fan with S-FLOW blades delivers a maximum air flow of up to 89.55 CFM and static air pressure of 2.76 mm H2O for decent cooling performance.
  • newegg Long life expectancy and Low noise HDB (HYDRO-Dynamic Bearing) provides up to 50,000 hours lifespan and low noise level. Thanks to PWM automatic speed control, the noise level is kept at 12.5 -22.19 dB(A).

5 out of 5 eggsFan: it blows or pushes the air.

Pros: Beautiful fan, got two at the same time and have worked, silently for over two years now. Solid construction and attractive too.

Cons: I haven't found any issues

Other Thoughts: Some nicely placed leds would be a thought.

4 out of 5 eggsMore quiet than stock but not the best performance

Pros: Quiet, especially at low RPM's it was near dead silent. PWM control really helps to fine tune the RPM curve for ultimate control.

Cons: Not really a con per say but I was expecting this fan to perform better than the stock fans that came with my H110, but at similar RPMs they pretty much performed the same.

Other Thoughts: I tested these fans on my H110 vs the stock fans that came with it. The fans are setup as intakes at the top of my C70 case in a push configuration. I used Easy Tune 6 to control the PWM for the fans (CPU fan header has a Y-splitter to control both fans at the same speed). I started at 10% and went up 10% until I max'd out the RPM's. I tested these all at idle on a i7-3770k @ 4.5Ghz. I was mainly testing for how quiet they were and in that regard they are much better than the stock fans. At idle the CPU temp really wasn't any different between the two, except that when these fans are @ 10% PWM it runs at 650 RPM which saw temps rise by a couple degrees, but at similar RPMs the temp was the same. I know I probably should have run tests at full load as well but like I said I was mainly testing for noise. I did run a little test at full load only on these new fans and based on previous tests with the old stock fans the results were pretty much comparable.
Final thoughts....great fans if you don't want to hear anything when sitting at idle and even at full load they are quieter than the stock H110 fans. But if you are look for top end performance you'll want a fan that can run at higher RPMs like Noctua's industrial series, but that also comes with a bigger price tag

5 out of 5 eggsFan of Fans

Pros: They work great move a lot of air system stays very cool.

Cons: none to report

Other Thoughts: Make sure your motherboard has the correct pins to connect to any fan you purchase. Fan power adapters mainly come in 3-4 pin adapters.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Quiet at the right RPM

Cons: Louder at higher RPM

Other Thoughts: Depending on the motherboard, they may have some quirkyness on driving these PWM fans. I had to limit the 140mm PWM duty cycle to be far less than what the Mobo was driving which was trivial in the bios setting otherwise the fan was way too loud at 1.2k rpm it was defaulting to. It's good enough at 840rpm.

5 out of 5 eggsRosewill Fan

Pros: - Build Quality. Made of plastic but feels sturdy.
- Quiet. You can't hear anything except for the sound of moving air.
- Air flow. These fans really do push a lot of air even at low speeds.

Cons: - Only comes with anti-vibration mounts. No screws are included.

Other Thoughts: Great fan that is quiet and moves a lot of air. Can't ask for any more. Got it on sale with a coupon and was well worth the price.

5 out of 5 eggsPretty amazing fan for the price, using on H90 AIO cooler

Pros: >Price
>Performance
>Noise (or lack of) - quieter than stock H90 fan
>Even looks nice
>Braided cable
>Works great on radiators
>PWM

Cons: N/A

Other Thoughts: I bought this case fan because I wanted a pull fan for my H90 liquid cooler. This one had some good reviews not as a case fan but as a radiator fan because it can move a lot of air through the little fins of a radiator. So, seeing that it is a very cheap fan ($13 shipped at the time) compared to what others like Corsair and Noctua had to offer with similar performance ($25 to $30), I took a chance on one. It turns out that this fan is actually quieter than the stock H90 fan at 7 volts. I decided to run all the fans that are not connected to a motherboard header at a constant 7 volts instead of 5v or 12v. I should also mention that this H90 is cooling an R9 290 GPU and not a CPU which is why it isn't on a PWM header on the motherboard. But, even at a relatively low speed when running at 7v, the Corsair fan is significantly louder. it is so loud that it is actually the only thing making noise in my PC when it is idle. I am going to be ordering a 2nd Hyperborea to replace the stock H90 fan so that my PC will be much quieter

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet. Super quiet.

Pros: Five of these fans at full-power are quieter than my ceiling fan. and they move a great volume of air. Also, $10

Cons: My case is too small. I want to get a bigger case to house more fans.

Other Thoughts: It works so well, and keeps everything nice and cool.
