Pros: sadly i cant think of any but sence its ocz i cant give it just one egg.

Cons: this did not lower my temps at all. in fact it rased them over 10c. i was using stock compound on my cooler and had nice temps of low 20's on idle after 30 mins with a max of 45c during prime stress test. now im at a mid 30's after over an hour idle and temps up to 55c with test.

Other Thoughts: i tryed applying it a few diffrent ways including the recommended way with the same results.

Following our instructions will leave a very thin film on your CPU, and may not cover the entire heat spreader. Pros: Best thermal compound i've used to this day. I have my q9650 overclocked to 4.0Ghz using a Blue Orb II. This heatsink normally wouldn't be good enough to keep the temps this low, but using OCZ Freeze ensures that i can safely stay at these speeds. My temps at 4Ghz are 38c idle and 58c load.
Great price!!!!

Cons: It's a little thick for my taste, and it's hard to guess how hard to push down to get the amount you want, but you'll manage, I know I do!

Other Thoughts: I used this on my best friend's phenom II x4 955 BE clocked at 3.6Ghz. With his zalman 9900(awesome cooler), his temps never go past 50c and idle around 38c.

Pros: This stuff does what it says. Very easy to use and apply. Good temperature on my i7-860, which is OC'ed between 3.5-3.8Ghz. Playing around with it currently.
