Do the fans come with screws for installation?

It's been a while since I ordered them but I can remember ever buy in a fan with out the screws. These also come with a molex power connecter as well

How is the speed controlled with this?  I see 3 speeds listed.

I'm happy you asked.  I have them in all 9 computers at three stations. Music recording, video editing, and internet.

All my cases are modded with windows, but the blue LED's also let me know when a fan goes out. Although when one goes after a few years it usually gets a tell tail whine that's annoying and lets you know it's time to replace it.  
   I love these fans.  I usually have several fans (3 to 6) in each case on the lowest setting, which is wonderfully quiet, as I sleep in the same room as my machines, leaving my internet machine on all the time. It has 3 Antec blue LED 3 speed fans in it and I don't hear them. I hear the cpu and video card fans, not the case fans on the lowest setting.  If you need more cooling, mid and high speed work great, but every step up has louder fan noise.

I find low speed is great for in front of hard drives, keeps them cool with low noise. Even hot hard drives stay cool 
on a Antec 3 speed on low speed. Each fan has a small black 3 position switch that is easy to switch. Not on/off, just 3 speeds.
 The fan goes on when it's plugged in. I highly recommend these fans.

Question 3

What is the current draw at each speed?  Fan I am replacing is 12 VDC   , 0.7A   that sounds like  8.4 watts.   Thinking replacement should be the same or even a little higher.

I think it has three speeds and what I can tell they work well.  I have them connected to the controller and I can't tell a difference between 1 2 or 3.  I would assume they take 5v but I can't tell you exactly how much power they draw.  It's not much, I have 6 fans in my case and they are all LED based fans of different manufacturers and I don't notice a major power drain on my computer rig.  I have 750 watt PSU from Cool Max.
