5 out of 5 eggsSo far, a very good product.

Pros: Easy to install, keeps things cool. Seems well built. The hoses are beefy enough that they could be used in automotive applications.

Cons: None whatsoever.

5 out of 5 eggsKuhler 6220

Pros: Great cooler, Easy to install. Keeps my i7 3770k ice cold never seen the cpu over 40 degrees celcius as of yet. I dont do much overclocking or tweaking however i definitley wanted a better cooler in case i wanted to. I primarily play mmorpg's such as warcraft and starcraft and occasionally old school RTS like Age of empires

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: many people have complained about the installation process however i found it to be rather simple and straight forward. The instructions were easy to read and follow so long as you have half a brain

2 out of 5 eggsSo so

Pros: Easy to install if you take a bit of time and patience, it is very quiet.

Cons: Doesn't cool the AMD FX-8120 Zambezi 3.1GHz Socket AM3+ 125W Eight-Core Very well at all.
At room temperature it will over heat without over clocking even. I resorted to restricting my CPU to 85% power with windows power management, and it died after 14 months of use. I like Antec power supplys but I think I'll go with more mainstream brands for coolers in the future.

4 out of 5 eggsWorked Great for 1 yr before failing

Pros: Incredibly Quiet, Kept CPU cooler than any other fan/heatsink combo I have ever used. Easy to install, looks great did I mention how quiet it is?

Cons: only lasted 1 yr before liquid pump failed

Other Thoughts: I highly recommend liquid coolers - They keep the CPU amazingly cool and are super quiet. Even though it failed I liked it so much I am buying a new replacement of the same type

4 out of 5 eggsgood

Pros: owned it for over a year now and keeps my temps are cool and constant only 10c variation from idle to full load (most of the time)

Cons: with my old 125 quad core Phenom II temps where abit to high low 40`s on idle and high 50`s under load ( sometimes as high as 62c) But with my new AMD 6300 @ 4.2GHz it never gone past 45c and on idle it`s about 25c

2 out of 5 eggsBeware of newer revisions...

Pros: Quiet and decent cooling when it works....
See below

Cons: I bought this cooler last year and it was working fine, then all of a sudden pump died so I RMAed it. Ever since then after 3 RMAs I can not get a product that functions correctly. You see asetek makes these coolers for Antec. I seem to now have v4 of the 620. And the one thing I notice which proves it is not up to par is the surface is NOT flat, its what they called "bowed" which means not good contact with CPU surface which leads to insanely high temps.

Other Thoughts: RMAing again

5 out of 5 eggsDoes its job well

Pros: *Price

Just recently purchased this for my FX 8150 and so far its passing with flying colors. I was having problems with my stock cooler, having my cpu hit temps up to 85C when gaming, but running as cool as 17C on idle. After this installation (horrible instructions FYI) it was idling at about 30C, and under full load with a burn test I was getting no higher then 52C.

Cons: Instructions were horrible to follow, but definitely not enough to remove an egg.

4 out of 5 eggsCooler Heaven

Pros: I bought my Antec 620 at a local retail store. The system is very quiet - no pump noise, the fan noise is not any more noticeable that any other 120 mm fan. This is installed on an AMD FX8150 and the temps are OK. FYI - your temps can never be lower than the temp of the room you are in (Delta Temp drives the heat transfer) - so running a 125W cpu with the temps 10 to 15 F higher than ambient is fine with me. I am pleased -- temps are OK and system is quiet.

Cons: I would agree the instructions are poor. If you were in school or at work and this was your hardware documentation you would fail or be fired. Very sad for a technical company to show this as their installation document.

I would like to see inserts for the bolts because the thin radiator metal would be easy to strip out. Look at a Zalman cooler -- the radiators have BRASS inserts for the radiator to accept the bolts -- Nice design.

Other Thoughts: Asetek makes all the designs for AMD, Antec, Zalman, and Thermaltake.
So your preference is purely which one you like the most. Performance will be the same. Corsair has a different water block design and so does CoolerMaster.

3 out of 5 eggsLoud, Poor quality backplate

Pros: - Small profile pump

-Tubing seems flexible enough and durable

-Keeps temperatures in average range "ok"

-Small enough to fit most systems

Cons: -Back plate is very poor quality

-Fan is very loud

-No RPM sensor for Fan

-No fan control by user

-Instructions are not very easy to read

Other Thoughts: I do not think this is a quiet cooling system by any stretch of the imagination. It is actually quite loud.

"Intelligent noise / speed control fan for quiet, efficient cooling"

I felt mislead by the advertisement of quiet and efficient.

I suppose it could help if they mentioned the high dBA in the details or overview.

Using a Fractal Designs R4 Case.

Placing fan pushing air through radiator (exhaust) instead of pulling air out, makes the build slightly quieter in comparison.Temps improve by 2 or 3 degrees from pull configuration in my case.

i5 4670K
Stock temps peaked at 65C after 1 hour at 100% CPU load.
Used Prime95/RealTemp 3.70/ Monitoring in Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (push exhaust fan config) for the most part temps remained at 55C - 60C while testing.

Haven't gotten around to overclocking this chip but needed to establish a baseline temp for this cooler.

Radiator Fan:
Very dissappointed at the lack of sensor or modulation in this fan. You just have the pump readout that sticks to 1450RPM for the most part; never noticed a change in monitors or bios. And you just have to take their word that it's working for the rest of the time.
Included fan only has a 2 pin connector.

Almost sent back this product. While tightening the screws on the motherboard (placing pump) the metal holders actually strip or twist inside the holes of plastic back plate. It is too thin and soft for this kind of application.

My fix was to put thumb screws in the back of the metal attachments, hold them steady with a screwdriver while tightening with another screwdriver from the front. Do not overtighten.

Backplate also has a very odd placement. The correct form of placing for my socket is by putting the attachments in the 1155 position which makes it look crooked when attached to motherboard.

Would not recommend based on backplate issues and loud fan.
