5 out of 5 eggsVery Quiet

Pros: Quiet.
x3 running at the same time at 15 decibels.

Cons: Spaced out wiring.

Other Thoughts: Perfect fan for a consumer who wants airflow and silence.

5 out of 5 eggsInstall is effortless!

Pros: Installing this was super easy, and took a handful of seconds.

Cons: Doesn't use screws to hold it in place.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend others by this, as it is very easy to install, a 4 year old could do it. Bought this to replace an older model of a Antec case fan (that used screws). So far it's doing a good job, but slightly disappointed that the fan control settings are only High and Low now. My old Antec case fan had a Low, Med, and High setting.

5 out of 5 eggsAntec Mini P-180 Replacement

Pros: - Quiet
- Airflow is sufficient on higher setting
- Mounting hardware basically eliminates vibration

Cons: - Airflow is somewhat low, though keep in mind that airflow in case fans tends to be overrated.
- It can be difficult to reuse the mounting grommets.

Other Thoughts: I have an Antec Mini P180, made in 2008, which only recently lost its first cooling fan after seven years of use. The external fan controller uses the proprietary Antec switch, which makes replacing the fans with other Antec fans the best option. These fans move about as much air as the stock fans, but much quieter. Though, since the case is sound-dampened, I could barely hear the stock fans anyway. These fan's lower setting is largely useless, as what little noise there is is roughly the same at both speed settings.

The fans I received came with black rubber grommets attached to the frame, not yellow or orange like in the photos, which was welcome, as I dislike gaudy colors anyway.

Airflow is far from the most important feature for a fan to have, in my opinion. The more important consideration is where fans are placed and in what configuration. Raw airflow numbers only tell a small part of the story overall. Now, if one wanted to cool rackmount drives or servers, these fans may prove under powered, same with radiators and other similar obstructed placements. However, for most of us, these are pretty good fans, especially for a silence-optimized build.

Recommended for: Home use, Moderate-load workstations, Silence optimized or sound-sensitive environments.

Not Recommended for: High Static Pressure needs like radiators and heatsinks. High-load servers or severe-load gaming machines with multiple GPUs.

2 out of 5 eggsWhich way does it blow? Can't tell.

Pros: Relatively quiet, easy mount, thin?

Cons: Hard to tell which way it's blowing even on "high" speed. It's definitely audible and has a different note from the other fans in my case, slightly higher pitched even though it is lower rpm.

3 out of 5 eggsNot quite what I needed.

Pros: Very, *very* quiet, even at it;s fastest speed.

Cons: Barely moves any air, even at it's fastest speed. Especially if mounted behind a simple metal-with-holes-drilled-in-it grill. Must be mounted behind thin-gauge wire grill or no grill to work well. Also, of the three I ordered, one had yellow corners and two had black corners. Packaging was all the same and all the same model#.

Other Thoughts: Be careful using this connected to a motherboard. Ensure the motherboard fan speed is set to full speed or fan may not start spinning, even at fastest speed setting. Also, packaging was very poor. The shipping box was badly beat up in transit. One fan's clam shell package was bent due to this, though the fan still worked when opened.

5 out of 5 eggsAntec TrueQuiet 120

Pros: I am very happy with these fans. The pull thru silicon grommets are a great way to mount on the case. If you can not use the grommets for smaller holes a screw will work just fine. Make sure you do not over-compress the silicon mounts when you tighten them down.

Cons: It comes with 5 pull thru, non reusable, mounting grommets. Please start sending these with at least 8. They can not be reused after you trim them per the instructions, so if you need to move or remount the fan you are out of luck and will have to find some screws that will work.

Other Thoughts: I bought 2 more after my initial purchase, so I would say I am very happy. Just wish they came with more silicon mounts.

3 out of 5 eggsNot what I expected

Pros: decently quiet at low setting, intuitave mounting style, decent air movement for price

Cons: I would definitely not buy these fans I will stick with Phanteks and Fractal design, even though they are more expensive they are worth every penny more!

5 out of 5 eggsStunningly Quiet

Pros: Extremely Quiet as well as effective.

Cons: This model fan has to options for fan mode speeds. Simply one is high and the other is low. This is fine but the problem is the fact that the fans speed is controlled by a switch attached to the fan itself and requires me to open up my case to adjust the fan speed.

Other Thoughts: The fan speed setting is pretty insignificant of a con however. Great fan and would highly recommend them.
