5 out of 5 eggsExcellent cooling

Pros: This cooler comes with software that tells you the temp of the coolant circulating through this device. According to that software the coolant has never gone over 44 C. Even after running at 96-100% CPU utilization for over 5 hours.

Cons: The original cooler I bought went bad after about 11 months. Antec was quick to approve an RMA and down time was less than a week.

Other Thoughts: Although my original cooler went bad after 11 months it worked great up to that point. Given that Antec was so quick in sending me a replacement after I sent mine to them I decided to not take an egg away. The replacement cooler has been working for sometime now and works every bit as well as the original.

1 out of 5 eggsKuhler 920 failure

Pros: It worked very well for almost a year.

Cons: It failed, starting almost a year after I installed it. I found liquid around one of the fans, indicating that the radiator leaked.

Other Thoughts: When the 920 began failing CPU idle temperatures rose from the original 32C to about 47C (Intel Desk Top Utility).

When the Win 7 Defragmenter kicked in the CPU case temperature soared to 67C - the maximum. Photoshop and other programs would also overheat the CPU.

I replaced it with an Intel TS13X and CPU idle case temperature is back down to 32C.

Running the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool with a 20 minute maximum load CPU stress test raised the internal temperature to only 47C - well below the internal maximum of 96C!

1 out of 5 eggsDon't buy this

Pros: Price not so high

Cons: First of all this thing is made cheap, First you have to turn the fourth screw on a plastis socket, i sould be on a metal socket because if you turn this to tight you can break it.

-Next i use it in normal operation and the cpu it's still around 30-40 degree and in gaming mode it'S up to 60.
My computor still overheating, i reinstalle it twice for be sure it's was correctly install and this is not getting better.

Other Thoughts: This is not the first system i install, i did the installation correctly it's sad it's not working better i will probably have to change it.

5 out of 5 eggsVery pleased

Pros: This is probably the best cooler I've ever had. I can run an AMD FX octacore at 4.6 an I never see a temp above 40 Celsius while at highest load. It looks really good in my tower an the ability to the light color was nifty. The software that was included was quickly installed an working flawlessly.

Cons: The only con I have is the bracket was a bit rough to attach but with a second person helping it was quickly installed.

Other Thoughts: This is a great cooler but I definitely recommend having some help on the installation

1 out of 5 eggsCooler doesn't last long

Pros: n/a

Cons: It lasted maybe 6 months of game play and now gets very hot to the touch and sounds like it's about to take off. Very loud.

It's used through out my work day for helping customers that are on windows computers and having issues/troubleshooting a program that I help troubleshoot at my job. Then after work I get on for about 2-3 hours for game play. (MinCraft, WOW, SImCIty and the Sims)....For about 6 months everything was fine. Now I can't even play SimCity for more than 15 mins without the fans running like crazy and the cpu and tubs getting very hot and not cooling down.

Other Thoughts: I bought some thermal gel and two new fans for my tower in hopes this will help...but will update if end up changing out the cooler instead. I think it might come to changing the cooler since my hubby has one model down and plays WOW almost all day...without any issues.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat liquid cooler

Pros: Keeps cpu cooled. Supplies push and pull fans. That moves a lot of air. Monitors cpu temps with the driver.

Cons: Rather loud and the wires can't be moved to the back of my case which frustrates me. Other than that it a pretty good liquid cooler.

5 out of 5 eggsAlmost two years of great service

Pros: Cools the FX processors nicely.

Chill Control V is wonderful. You can set whatever value you wish or go to extreme, reboot, and experiment in overclocking until you find what works for your system and create a custom profile.

Keeps my liquid temps under 29°C under the default profile and they never get higher than 40°C when maxing out.

More efficient than other radiators of this size.

Cons: The only con I can think of is how loud the fans are when you set the software to extreme but I'm not sure what one should expect if you're maxing the fans out 24/7. I guess buy some quieter fans?

Other Thoughts: I bought this unit back in December of 2011. This closed loop liquid cooler has seen an FX8150, FX8350, and now a FX9590. It has absolutely no problems keeping these processors cool and quiet under it's default value. Even when gaming I hear the fans from my video cards over this unit. The only time I really hear the fans is during overclocked sessions which is no longer necessary with the 9590. Put it this way, it runs quieter with the 9590 at it's default value of 4.7ghz than it did with my 8350 overclocked to 4.7ghz..

I had absolutely no issues attaching the unit to my case (Antec-900) with the included hardware so I'm not sure what the fuss is about. My motherboard recognizes the device and Chill Control V works great. The unit is very easy to install if you use a little common sense.

I can't speak for the instructions because I never bothered to look at them but it's so easy even a caveman can do it. Hope this helps someone ;)

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Quality built product that works well

Cons: Fans extremely noisy at full speed

Other Thoughts: CPU: Intel i7 950 D0 (130W) @ 4.011Ghz (21x121)
Motherboard: Gigabyte X58A-UD3R (R2.0) Bios FH
Memory: 6 GB Corsair DDR3 1333 (CM3X2G1333C9)
running at 764Mhz 10-11-11-28-1T
Case: Gigabyte Aurora 3D Full Tower (mesh side panel)
CPU Cooler: Antec Kuhler H2O 920 (fan thresholds set
at 30 and 50 degrees C in the included
software, fans blowing into the case)
Additional Case Cooling: Two Aerocool Extreme Turbine
120mm Fans @ 1500rpm (one
on the front and one on back,
both blowing air into the case)
Video Card: EVGA Geforce 210 (obviously NOT a gamer)
Power Supply: Corsair GS600
OS Drive: 2 SSDs in RAID 0 (no heat factor)
Storage Drive: Western Digital 1Tb (assembly temperature
47 degrees C)
Ambient Room Temperature: 23 degrees C.

The cpu case temperature is 40 degrees C under no load and 59 degrees C at full load with Prime 95 running for 12 hours with the Vcore at 1.31v in the BIOS. Individual core temperatures max out at 74 degrees C and the the Antec Chill Control software reports a fluid temperature of 44.8
degrees C at full cpu load. Yes this system is an older system (all parts purchased in 2011 or earlier except for the liquid cooling system) but, it does show the ability of the Antec Kuhler H2O 920 to cool the cpu efficiently at an atainable sustained overclock. Never having to run the fans at full speed, the fan noise at the above speeds provide for a very tolerable noise level even when listening to music at low volume levels in the living room.

4 out of 5 eggspretty good

Pros: Compact for the cooling you get.
Performs well for what it is.
Software is fine, but make sure your other drivers are not controlling fan speeds also. Not sure what others are complaining about here.

Cons: Not the best value; if you can fit a bigger radiator, you're probably better off with something else, pricewise.

Other Thoughts: I have an AMD FX-8350 clocked at 4.7GHz and 1.38V with PK-3; I use it for running codes mostly, and it never gets above 60*C, but I have to set the cooling thresholds on the software at their minimums. I want to really crank up my CPU though so I'll have to get something bigger.
