Pros: Selectable speed. 100mm fan makes it quieter than 80mm version.
Cons: The stem can sag depending on how you set up.
Other Thoughts: The other reviewer is connecting the fan to the motherboard that has the fan speed control, resulting not getting enough power to the fan.

What A Joke
Cons: first off I had to get it started by hand as it wouldnt even spin, lights came on but no fan, i even tried a molex adapter to see if the mother board fan header might have been bad but no. and then when fan was spinning it wouldnt even blow out a bic lighter flame and then while monitoring the fan speed it would spin from 700rpm down to 200rpm and then stop, hand started again and the same thing spins up to 700rpm then back down to 200rpm then stops.
Other Thoughts: tossed it in my office garbage can as it's not worth sending back.
