1 out of 5 eggsUhhh

Pros: Massive.
supposed to cool.
... but...

Cons: My CPU idles around 40 degrees celcius. That's horrible.

My friend has his cpu overclocked to 4.4 Ghz and when he stress tests it on Prime95 (CPU Load 100%) he gets a maximum of 45 degrees celcius. and he has a crappier cooler than mine!

On 100% load my cpu reaches temperatures up to 96 degrees celcius?!?!

I have applied and reapplied the thermal paste and reposition the fan but nothing is working. I dont want my Heatsink fan to be the reason I have to buy a CPU every year so Im going to be buying a different Heatsink

Other Thoughts: I got this thing around christmas time but I really havent been putting that much stress on my cpu unless Im just playing a game or rendering and exporting a video. Even doing those things this cooler is not doing it's job. My cpu hit's the 70s when it;s only under 30% load. not cool Enermax

5 out of 5 eggsWork perfectly

Pros: Easy installation.
Look nice.
Cooling performance, got a drop of 12C, in a 20C room, from the stock cooler that come with my A10-5800K.
It is well packaged.

Cons: The installation guide is somewhat not understandable ... I watched the video from youtube on newegg channel.

Other Thoughts: CPU : A10-5800K
MoBo : GA-F2A85X-UP4
RAM: G.Skill Sniper 8Gb (2x4Gb) 1866Mhz
Cooler : Enermax ETD-T60 TB

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: - Good cooling performance, my 2500K @ 4.4 ran 29C idle and 73C load with the stock cooler and Arctic Cooling MX-2, now it idles at 26C and 59C load with Arctic Cooling MX-2.
- The downward airflow helps cool the VRM heatsinks.

Cons: - Fairly quiet, but still louder than I expected. The stock cooler is quieter than this unless I'm running Prime 95.
- The directions could be a bit better, but it's easy to install.

Other Thoughts: - The heatpipes block the first memory slot so make sure you have low profile memory or can run dual channel in slots 2 and 4. Some motherboards won't boot if the first slot is empty. I have low profile memory so it fits fine.

5 out of 5 eggsNice down draft cooler!

Pros: Dropped idle temps by 4-7C depending on the core..
Dropped my video rending temps by aorund 20C!

Its pretty quiet but you can hear it but not loud or bad at all imo and is one of the reason I bought it. I didn't want a loud cooler (or tower cooler) and this cooler is working great great for me imo.

Nice looking cooler imo.
Nice build quality & looks nice imo.
Easy install per below.

No clearance problems not touching anything on the MB.
cools surrounding area of the MB.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I am pretty impressed and happy with this cooler for my needs. With my stock Intel cooler with MX4 I was seeing temps rendering HD video 76C-81C. With this cooler with MX4 I am now seeing 57C -61C rendering the same HD video. Idle temps dropped 4-7C.

No MB cut out on my MB case tray so took out MB and installed the cooler. It was very easy to install just put the cooler with the pegs up on the table and laid the MB right over it..
No clearance problems at all with all 4 ram modules, MB HS's or GTX 460 video card not even touching anything.

5 out of 5 eggsbest heatsink fan so far

Pros: Very effective, good build quality, nice appearance, reasonable price, quiet.

Cons: None to speak of.

Other Thoughts: Immediate drop of 10 C. over my previous very respectable cooler, using Arctic Silver 5, even on a very low BIOS fan speed setting!

You have to install a proprietary back plate, which means pulling everything out of the case. The cooler is anchored with screws from the back. I like this scheme better, though, than the usual clip in the front. It's more secure.

The down flowing fan is nice. It seems like a better match with the case fan in the back than my previous cooler, which blew right at the exhaust fan.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cooler!

Pros: Doesn't have any problem cooling my Phenom II 965 overclocked to 4.2ghz. Doesn't block any ram slots on my micro-atx motherboard but just barely.

Cons: Not the quietest thing but that can be fixed with a few bios tweeks.

5 out of 5 eggsI Like It

Pros: Does a decent job cooling my new i7-3770k CPU. Temps during Call of Duty dropped from 60s to upper 40s.
Cooled about 3-4 degrees at idle compared to the Intel stock cooler.
I like the downward flowing fan... plus the cooler doesn't stick up so high in the case.
Good quality build. Fan wire is even wrapped.
Just about as quiet as the stock cooler.
Installation was quite simple (but see notes below).
Comes with a good brand of thermal grease.

Cons: Horrible instructions. Actually, the instructions are okay but the print and pictures are in such a tiny font that they're almost impossible to see. I downloaded the .pdf instructions from the manufacturer's site and zoomed it way up on another computer; that worked very well.

Other Thoughts: Be careful to measure your clearances carefully. The cooler pipes hang out over other parts of your motherboard without much clearance. Probably ought to assemble the cooler and dry fit it on the CPU (before putting on the thermal grease!) to make sure it fits.
If you want more flashy lights in your build, there is another model with LEDs for about $10 bucks more.

3 out of 5 eggsNot very quiet

Pros: Cools well enough.

Cons: Large and blocks 1 RAM slot on my mobo - ASUS Crosshair V.

Other Thoughts: This isn't quiet out of the box, not noisy but def. not silent. This headsink blocked one of my RAM slots too (could be tall RAM fault, hits hard to say). I replaced it with another Enermax fax that was quieter but it still wasn't silent - replaced with Scythe Slipstream fan and now its quiet. Cooler does good job otherwise but there are way quieter out there than this.

5 out of 5 eggsNice cooler

Pros: It's a high quality air cooler and very quiet too. I had no problems installing it and it looks cool in my computer. I like that I can see the fan through the case window.

Cons: none

4 out of 5 eggsNOT LED

Pros: Looks really well built.
Good price
Offset shap to help clear tall RAM

Cons: Advertised in the details section as LED but it most certainly is not.

"Down flow type with patented circular type LED lights with 11 switchable modes and fancy fan cover"

Otherwise, I'd of given it 5 starts

Other Thoughts: Didnt fit in my kids Tt Lanbox II SFF pc. So its just setting in my PC room collecting dust. If only it were 15mm shorter! Not Enermax's fault, just the stupid PSU placement.
