5 out of 5 eggsENERMAX T.B. Vegas Trio

Pros: Quiet and good air flow
Bright leds and looks good

Cons: Super bright leds at 100% power * will burn eyes*
Limited choice on light display (cant do 2 colors at once only three). So it cant match the duo fans... sad

Other Thoughts: Wonder why they cant charge alittle more to be able to custom the 3 light colors to any way the user whats? I would pay an extra dollar or two to have that option. Wonder why it cant match the duo fans with the same leds? Both has the same led type and control pad.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect!

Pros: Both performance and visually appealing. LED's so bright you can't look right into them without being blinded and/or seeing spots for a few minutes. Bought 4. Super silent fans that move TONS of air. Fully adjustable in every way! Will buy more!

Cons: The ONLY thing I have on this purchase is that only one fan is making a very quiet electrical humming sound for some reason. Barely able to hear it, so I mounted in the bottom of my case next to my 1200w PSU.

Other Thoughts: Regarding the LED's. Be careful at first and don't rush the process with these beautiful fans! I connected mine directly into my Sabertooth motherboard and only RED LED's worked. You have to up the RPM's to get full power to the LED's so they all work. I almost RMA'd until I played around with them for a bit. Which in turn more RPM's = More overall POWER.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!!

Pros: If you need to spice up your case then these are the fans for you. They are super bright and the leds create vivid colors. The different modes and ability to turn them off without turning off my computer were the main reason I bought them, since my computer is usually in my bedroom. They are pretty quiet, can't give numbers but definitely made my computer quieter than the cheapo fans I had in before

Cons: The rubber "screws" or "rivets" or whatever are really hard to get in...had to use a little bit of gun oil to get them to work through.

Also the led focus design only works one direction. not a good fan if you are wanting it as an exhaust but great as an intake fan.

Neither issue is worth taking off an egg but just to let you know if you are wondering

Other Thoughts: Great fan, I absolutely love them, worth the money

1 out of 5 eggsStarted making noise after a week...

Pros: Bright... Actually might be too bright... Cute... multicolor...

Quiet till it decided to get loud...

Cons: LOUD now. Started making a lot of unbalanced type harmonic noises suddenly... loud enough that I pulled the plug.

It's actually TOO bright. Brighter then the sunbright sticks even. So if you're looking for an accent piece, this isn't it. But if you want a super-bright standout, then there ya go.

Other Thoughts: If the noise hadn't started, I would have given it 3 stars just cause it's THAT bright. Plus if you turn it off (hold the button) it doesn't remember where you were and starts with just blues again. Can take a lot of clicking to get through to what you wanted. Also the button is not very responsive...

Perhaps I just got a huge dud... I buy a LOT of Enermax fans and generally are really happy with them. They tend to be quiet and move a lot of air. This is the first one out of a few gross that got loud. But it is also the only one of this particular model I purchased... Bad single? Hope so. Bad product or needs a tweak? That's for them to decide. Hope it's just a single...

Hard to see from the pictures but lights are in the ring around the fan with a chrome type strip on the fan blades. The combination makes some pretty interesting effects from the intake side of the fan. So if you're putting it in the front of the case or in the back to be seen from the window, it's pretty slick. Just too bright honestly IMHO.

But it goes (by pressing the button once for each step) blue, red, green, then white (all three), then each one flashing in turn (about 4 flashes per second). Too bright for this really. Gave me a headache in just a few minutes. Then after the flashing it does a neat fan type spinning effect... each color again. The last is the auto rotate through the colors, just solid effects. Stays on each color for about a second. Then off.

4 out of 5 eggsWorks ok for me

Pros: Nice fans. I like the light pattern choices. I run them at about 1200 RPMs and the LEDs still light up very well and they are virtually silent. They are noticeable at full speed, but not that bad.

Cons: It would be nice if the LEDs were powered on a different feed. I am fine with 1200 RPM, but they do dim when running slower. Not a problem for me, but maybe for someone.

Other Thoughts: I have 5 of them now and will probably order a couple more.

5 out of 5 eggsExactly as advertised

Pros: Many settings, so can tailor to your needs. bought two and have top and bottom on the front of my raidmax aeolus case, add a nice touch. They seem to move a lot of air as well. They offer lots of settings and the LED's are super bright (especially the green). I routed the control button up and stuck them on the face of my fan controller. Also, I have them on a nzxt sentry mesh fan controller, the LED's turn completely off when my fans are are on low, some people have complained about this but I don't mind.

Cons: I can't imagine people using some of the settings, like the flashing green, I think I'd have a seizure with that blinking in my face all day, but to each their own. No cons, except one silly one, I think the control button could look a little more "finished." The whole unit is black except the metal around the button which is silver. They could have put a small piece of black plastic around the button.

Other Thoughts: it doesn't sing and dance, and of course the visuals are a little but "8 bit" so to speak (a little silly having all this 1080p in my face and then these binary looking lights on the case next to it) but I still like it and I like the options to change colors.
