4 out of 5 eggsquieted my prescott

Pros: I used this to replace the stock fan on the Cooler Master Hyper 48 after speedfan would not work. It keeps the CPU cool enough and is now super quiet. I wouldn't use this for overclocking but if you want your computer quiet and not too hot, this does the trick.

Cons: The fan has a whining sound to it, I had to crank the speed way down. Also, I have a Cooler Master Centurion 5 case and the speed control bracket would not install in my floppy bay because of the tool-less design. I ended up installing it using a 5.25 to 3.5 bay converter, not the greatest looking but it works.

Other Thoughts: five dollar shipping on a ten dollar product...lame!

4 out of 5 eggsmmmmmmmwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaa

Pros: 110mm fan in a 92mm slot, they need to make more like a 120mm fan in a 80mm slot. Extermal adjustment is very nice indeed

Cons: anything above 2600RPM gets to be pretty loud and it max out at 3500 (says on the box) but I will say the range is 1900-3000.

Other Thoughts: It did waht it was supposed to do and for tht I am grateful.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: ▐This fan paired with the XP-90C brought my AMD Athlon 64 3500+ overclocked to 2421MHz very well

Cons: ▐The only reason the fan got a 4/5 is due to the fact that you have to use the given controller whcih didnt have long enough arms to screw down to the HDD rack, but I ended up making it work

Other Thoughts: ▐The fan is really loud, but thats to be expeced on an almost 41 CFM fan running at full RPM of 3800

4 out of 5 eggsA good cpu or case fan

Pros: This fan is about as effective as a cpu fan as the fan included with the venus 12 hs/fan (pretty darn good overall). The noise level is similar to the tornado 80mm fan but probably about 15-20% quieter when running at full speed. I do think it is a well made product and probably will last a long time. Keep in mind this fan is a "90mm fan" but it seems more like a 120.

It will help you move air if you use it as a case fan and includes a nice grill plus a speed controller.

Cons: Is about 1-2C less effective than a 80mm tornado as a cpu fan. Costs $5 for shipping;)

5 out of 5 eggsWOW

Pros: Like the title says....WOW!! This fan moves some air. Dropped my CPU temp's 10 degrees!

Cons: It is a lous on max settings, but it isn't required.

Other Thoughts: Don't mess with this while it is moving, it hurts when it hits your finger!

5 out of 5 eggsgreat cpu fan

Pros: 1) 110mm blades in a 92mm fan
2) Fits a Arctic Freezer 64 Pro Pefectly.
3) Very quiet on low setting and still pushes a lot of CFM.

Cons: Have to use the SilverStone fan controller, I also have a 4 port Sunbeam Rheobus I would rather use.

Didnt have a black controller to match my Armor.

Other Thoughts: I think this is a great fan, should be used on all 92mm CPU heatsinks.

5 out of 5 eggsMoves air!

Pros: Moves tons of air, which you can control. You can mount a slightly larger fan in the place of s 92mm mount.

Cons: If the fan isn't mounting to a flat surcase, it's probably not going to fit (like the Sonata II rear air intake for the CPU - won't fit)

4 out of 5 eggsWorks well

Pros: Does its job. convienent to have a manual toggle for fan speed.

Cons: Was a tight squeeze to make the knob control fit. Fan is fairly loud at full blast.

5 out of 5 eggsUsing as exhaust fan

Pros: White looks good in my silver case. Fan speed control fits in a front 3.5" drive space under my floppy. Fan opening is funneled so that it pushes more air than a standard 92mm fan. Using mine mounted reversed to push air out of back of case.

Cons: It's pretty loud on full but I only run mine at about 2000 rpms which isn't too loud at all.

Other Thoughts: NEWEGG IS GREAT! I bought everything from NEWEGG. It all came quickly with no problems. PENTIUM D 805 OC’d to 3.6 MHz, ASUS P5WD2 PREMIUM, OCZ GOLD 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR2 800, ATI SAPPHIRE X1600XT 256M, GIGABYTE GH-PDU21-MF CPU FAN/HS, Zalman ZM - STG1 Thermal Compound, WD CAVIAR SE16 250GB 7200 RPM SATA HD, LG DVD BURNER – BLK, NEC FLOPPY – BLK, SILVERSTONE SST-FM92mm FAN, ASPIRE X-Sonic ATXA4KW-AL ATX Case, ANTEC TP2.0 TP2-550w EPS12V PSU

5 out of 5 eggsThe Bomb

Pros: this thing will move tons of air all day long

Cons: Loud above 2000 rpm

Other Thoughts: I'm using this as a pull fan in my first build and it moves so much air that my temps stay around 30-32c even when i'm pushing my cpu
