Pros: This is a great little fan, moves enough air over my chipset heat sink to really make a difference, and not overly loud.

Pros: still workin! low noise if you have a fan controller or at least plug it into the MB.

Cons: loud at full speed but moves good amount of air considering the size.

Other Thoughts: mounted it on a thermalright hr-05 chipset cooler. no need to run it very fast, does a great job at low speeds!
