2 out of 5 eggsPretty LED's but I wouldn't buy again.

Pros: It has nice LED's, free shipping.

Cons: I don't see a difference of temp's in my case. It's a bit loud.

Other Thoughts: Wouldn't buy again. I ordered 3 120mm apevias, let's see how those work out

1 out of 5 eggsPoor

Pros: none

Cons: It is so weak I can't tell when it's on except for the blue light and sticking my finger in the blades.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: Silent, i put them in in place of my older fans and the noise level dropped dramatically. The lights are nice, not to bright and not to dark. They push quite a bit of air for there rpm.

Cons: The rubber seals that come for the screws do not work on thicker clear side panels, If they are to far away from the cord it will not reach because there cable is short.

Other Thoughts: All together i would say it was a good investment.

4 out of 5 eggsbest and worst?

Pros: For my new quad core home entertainment PC build I needed quieter 80mm and 120mm fans. The fans included with the case I'd bought were pretty loud. So I bought 3 sets of 80mm and 120 mm fans from different manufacturers. I ended up using this fan to pull extra air from out side the case and blow it at the heatsink. my heatsink is an upright design and for this job it works great, lowering my CPU temp a couple of degrees. Having said that, it was both the quietest and the loudest of the 80mm fans I used. at about 0 to 70 percent power its almost silent, however at any thing above that it has an annoying whine to it. it does have the advantage of being a slim fan which is a huge plus compared to most other 80mms, but its only a plus if you have a fan controller or a motherboard that allows you to set fan voltage.

Cons: at anything over 70% it whines....at anything under its almost silent. Great fan if you have a fan controller.

Other Thoughts: fan controllers or a motherboard that allow you to set fan voltage are a must these days.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent fan. Silent!

Pros: I was looking for a blue LED 80mm fan that would run as silent as my Vantec Stealth 80mm's, while still getting decent airflow. The reviews on the Antecs and Thermaltakes had me skeptical. So, after much research, I decided on this, and it was a great choice. Sitting as an exhaust on my side window, I can't hear this fan at all. Also, the LED's aren't too bright; they're just bright enough to blend in well with the cold cathode lighting. I can feel it moving a nice amount of air. Used molex adapter to run off PSU, running at full speed 24/7.

Cons: I didn't win the lottery this week.

5 out of 5 eggsNew Fanboy?

Pros: A slim 15mm thick 80mm fan with LED's - very, very hard to find! I purchased two of these fans, and they're both whisper quiet at 12V and still provide a decent breeze! I have excellent hearing, and these are essentially inaudible at more than six inches no matter if they're situated horizontally or vertically. The obligatory screws and a 3 pin to 4 pin adapter cable is included. The wires are plenty long - almost excessively long, in fact, but better too long than too short. My finger drag test seems to indicate that it has decent torque. Overall quality seems to be on par with a far more expensive high-end fan that I also have sitting in front of me. The plastic packaging is minimal, protective, and I'm happy to report that it is easily recyclable.

Cons: Your fan snob friends will most likely make fun of it at first. (I suspect you'll have the last laugh, though!)

Other Thoughts: Sorry about the title, but I've never been pumped about a case fan until today. These fans are impressive! In fact, nothing I've purchased recently has been such an impressive value! A slim 15mm thick 80mm fan with LED's and it's super quiet to boot! I didn't have much luck finding a slim 80mm LED fan until I saw these, and I spent two days searching the web for them. I needed two such fans, and ordered two - I figured at the price Newegg has these for, I could live with the ever-so-slight needless thinning of my wallet if they turned out to be worthless, and in truth, I half expected them to be noisy junk. Thankfully, these Hiper fans surprised me. I'll definitely be trying out more Hiper fans in the future!

5 out of 5 eggsNice fan

Pros: Works. I bought two 25mm and they were too thick for my case. Found these 15mm. The blue glow adds a nice visual effect at night.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: None.

5 out of 5 eggsMUST BUY

Pros: Thin, looks nice with the many blades, looks amazing when lit, very bright, silent if your more than a foot away, moves a LOT of air for the sound and size.

Cons: can't really seem to find any.

Other Thoughts: With 5 blue glowing fans and 3 cold cathodes, is my computer TOO sexy?
