Pros: Fit in standard 120mm location in my Antec Three Hundred Case. These included 3-pin to Molex adapter that I modded to 5V for super quiet operation (of course the fan moves less air with this mod).

Cons: None (unless you don't like the Blue LED and/or chrome fan).

Other Thoughts: I wanted a super quiet and relatively inexpensive 120mm case fan to add just a little air flow over my Harddrive (which was reporting higher temps than I wanted). I bought 2 of these for my Antec Three Hundred Case. After doing the 5V mod on the Molex adapter I am super satisfied. Without the 5V mod the fans where quiet but definitely audible. With the 5V mod it's now super quiet!

Pros: Quiet, moves a lot of air, and very nice blue.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: extremely quiet for the CFM. I can't hear this brand of fans at all. Chrome fan blades and hub throw the light around the case with no 'dancing around' like I expected. Looks very good when the lights are off too.

Pros: For my new quad core home entertainment PC build I needed quieter 80mm and 120mm fans. The fans included with the case I'd bought were pretty loud. So I bought 3 sets of 80mm and 120 mm fans from different manufacturers. This is the the 120mm that won out. When connected to a fan controller, it has decent airflow and is nearly silent. Even on max it is one of the quieter fans out there. If airflow to noise level is important to you this fan is probably your best bet, while not the quietest 120mm, and not the most airflow in its class, it does seem to be the best mix of the two. It looks good too.

Cons: None that I can think of, it's a well balanced design.
