Pros: I've installed and used 6 of these fans in two of my custom built computers. They are very quiet and push a decent amount of air, but don't feel like they are pushing as much as advertised.
Cons: Of the 6 that I originally installed, 3 have failed, two of them after less than 6 months of service. I felt that they should be pushing more air than can be felt when holding your hand over them while spinning.

Works, but Loud

Pros: Good airflow. Comes with screws and rubber mounts.
Cons: Has a very annoying "drone" (or whine) to it. Even when the speed has been reduced I can still hear it. The color is kind of strange. Very large. You will need plenty of room for this monster. Expensive.
Other Thoughts: Make sure you have room for this fan.

Good, but pricey.

Pros: It is a quiet fan for the amount of air it pushes, but I feel it could be better.
Dropped my CPU temp 5-7ºC in both idle and load temps when paired with the Corsair H50 and Tuniq TX-2 paste. I run an i7 920 @ 3.66 GHz and 1.2 VCore with max temp of 63-64C during a Prime95 stress test. This thing would be like ice if I kept my CPU at stock settings.
Cons: I wish it were quieter.
Other Thoughts: Basically I've got a glorified air cooler with this fan on my radiator. It's a few notches louder than the stock fan the H50 came with, but it also helps to drop the temperature a couple degrees too. Is it worth it...? Not for $20+, no.
If you're looking to turn your PC case into a quiet wind tunnel, then yes, a few of these would be worth it.
