1 out of 5 eggswill leak and ruin your computer

Pros: it worked well for about a year. then one night it just leaked all over my motherboard and other components. It fried everything and even caused a fuse in my circuit breaker to blow. big sparks, and over a thousand dollars worth of components ruined.

Cons: cheap plastic hoses will leak eventually.

Other Thoughts: dont buy from this company. they use cheap plastic for crucial parts and when you call to get an rma, they will transfer you to a machine and you wont be able to get a person ever again. ihave called about 50 times during their business hours and cant get any answer from them.

4 out of 5 eggsOkay.

Pros: Cool Looking

Cons: Lets be honest, if you have anything creating heat in the case its going to end up heating up your cpu.

Other Thoughts: Might as well air cool.

I have two fans on this, a huge fan on the top of the case and tons of other fans. I cannot use a few fans cause it will end up taking to much heat off the other devices and heat my cpu up and than everything is in trouble.

2 out of 5 eggsWorked great... for a time.

Pros: Quiet, allowed for a decent overclocking (4.1 GHz on an i-7 950), and allowed for fan on either side of the radiator for a good push-pull air flow.

Cons: Leaked... After about a year and a half of use it began leaking around the heatsink. The leak was not enough that it got onto anything, but quickly after there was air in the line of the pump the computer got too hot and shut itself off.

1 out of 5 eggsfailed after 2 years

Pros: When it worked, it worked well.

Cons: Failed with a pop noise, caused $1,200 worth of damage. I've poured coolant out of my 5970, it was soaked.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy it.

1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY.

Pros: Seemed fairly reasonable, self-contained, easy installation on AMD3 6-core.

Cons: Failed today while I was using my PC. I heard a popping sound, then the screen froze. I assumed this would last longer than 2 years or so that I've had it (if that...might have put the new stuff in in fall 2010). Anyway, don't waste your time on liquid cooling. Until a company can guarantee their equipment isn't junk, its too risky unless you're Bill Gates and have endless cash to go buy new equipment.

Other Thoughts: I'm hoping my CPU didn't get blown up. I think the board will be fried and my old SLI video card, but the CPU and memory was dry (hoping it froze because of overheat and NOT a short thanks to coolant). I'll know better once I let everything dry. This is a risk I knew I was taking, I just thought it would be a risk 5 - 10 years out, not a year or two. Peripherals (ie usb stuff) seem to be working.

1 out of 5 eggsDANGEROUS!!! DO NOT BUY!

Pros: The device cools well even with high end equipment.

Cons: I've owned my computer for the past eight months. This machine was working from day zero to ten minutes ago. While I away away, my ECO ALC cooler mysteriously exploded in it's case and sent liquid coolant all over my machine, most likely frying it. The computer was bolted to the ground, stable and non moving for the entire time. I made no changes to the hardware. The cooler literally just exploded and left me with a pile of parts sitting in a little pool of water at my feet. I don't know if I'll be able to recover any of my data or even see anything.

Good job ECO.

Other Thoughts: This is a good cooler if you want to take the risk of it exploding and killing your machine.

1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY

Pros: None

Cons: Doesn't cool any better than a stock fan, went through two of these in a year

Other Thoughts: I don't plan to RMA my 2nd one, I don't want to be dealing with this again in 6 months.

1 out of 5 eggsDangerous

Pros: Very quiet, very good cooling for the sound level.

Cons: Liquid filled and can rupture. Stiff lines. Doesn't seat to most motherboards due to bracket design.

Other Thoughts: I have 3 of these. One of them failed and leaked anti-freeze all over my Asus Rampage III motherboard and triple SLI cards down until it ran into the video card power connectors. Poof. I lost close to $2K in hardware because of this piece of junk.

It should come with a warranty that covers damage to the equipment or at least some kind of internal containment system. The risk for damage is very high.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Killer cooling system!!! It keeps my Phenom II x6 at 20c in idle, and I haven't got it to go over 40c!!!!

Cons: Only con is that the radiator has to stay inside the PC.
