1 out of 5 eggsCheap to Buy, Expensive When it Fails

Pros: The initial purchase was fairly inexpensive. The unit cooled acceptably and was not particularly loud.

Cons: After four years the unit developed a significant leak where the plastic body met the heat sink. It must have done so when cooling down after a shutdown. I woke to find my PC on and the pump emitting a whining noise. The coolant had leaked down the face of the MOBO and managed to trip the onboard power switch which powered up the system and pumped all remaining fluid out of the unit into my top graphics card. (I use an older card for PhysX and of course it survived as it was sheltered by the card in slot 1.) This was an expensive failure as it took out both the MOBO and the GPU.

Other Thoughts: I can't recommend CoolIT products base on this experience. The total cost of ownership is just too high.

3 out of 5 eggsFailed after 4 years

Pros: Easy to install.
Not loud.
Works great when the pump is working.

Cons: Pumped failed after 4 years of use.

Other Thoughts: Had this in my system and it worked flawlessly for four years. Then the pump started acting up. It will shutdown your system.

5 out of 5 eggs4 years

Pros: Worked perfectly under 24/7 load...

Cons: ...for 4 years.

Other Thoughts: I'm not knocking an egg because it died after 4 years, components just never die when it's convenient, quite aggrivated, but the part gave me what I paid for and probly then some.

4 out of 5 eggs3+ years and still going

Pros: I had my water cooler in for little over 3 years now. In that time I have changed mother boards 2 and cases like 4 times . I not had a problem with mine at all unlike others.
I do wish the system could be torn down and flushed and such, I like to had the option of building a a complete water cooling system if I possible. but this unit has lasted a log time. I do remove the fan and use compressed air to remove the dust build up that happens.( about every 3-5 months) I also have worn out a psu and a couple other fans during it life time lol. I Think my next unit will be one that I can sit on outside of case or replace parts as I need.
I like ot flush my system fluids ( like I do my truck ) every so often to remove any crude that formed in the unit.

Cons: Very stiff and hard to position in a case at time. rad a little too large for most stock cases.

Other Thoughts: there a need to make adapters plates ( brackets) to allow all case fans to mount( aka mount a 120 fan/cases holes into a 140 or larger case pieces. ( or adapt a 140 fan to a 120 unit to increase air flow )

1 out of 5 eggsSystem trashed thanks to this

Pros: Low price, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Cons: After about half a year, the pump (the part on the CPU) leaked the entire contents of the unit's cooling fluid all over the motherboard and video card, destroying both of them.
Hadn't been in the case in two weeks or moved the computer, so it wasn't anything I did!

Other Thoughts: This unit is currently out of stock and I hope it stays that way.

5 out of 5 eggsSuper Cooler

Pros: This cooler is something else. Even with the large radiator and large chassis fan attached to it, this cooling system is quieter than a normal heat-sink, fan combination. I will never go back to conventional cooling again.

Cons: NONE

1 out of 5 eggswill leak and ruin your computer

Pros: it worked well for about a year. then one night it just leaked all over my motherboard and other components. It fried everything and even caused a fuse in my circuit breaker to blow. big sparks, and over a thousand dollars worth of components ruined.

Cons: cheap plastic hoses will leak eventually.

Other Thoughts: dont buy from this company. they use cheap plastic for crucial parts and when you call to get an rma, they will transfer you to a machine and you wont be able to get a person ever again. ihave called about 50 times during their business hours and cant get any answer from them.

4 out of 5 eggsOkay.

Pros: Cool Looking

Cons: Lets be honest, if you have anything creating heat in the case its going to end up heating up your cpu.

Other Thoughts: Might as well air cool.

I have two fans on this, a huge fan on the top of the case and tons of other fans. I cannot use a few fans cause it will end up taking to much heat off the other devices and heat my cpu up and than everything is in trouble.

2 out of 5 eggsWorked great... for a time.

Pros: Quiet, allowed for a decent overclocking (4.1 GHz on an i-7 950), and allowed for fan on either side of the radiator for a good push-pull air flow.

Cons: Leaked... After about a year and a half of use it began leaking around the heatsink. The leak was not enough that it got onto anything, but quickly after there was air in the line of the pump the computer got too hot and shut itself off.
