1 out of 5 eggsOf Poor Quality

Pros: Very inexpensive.
Comes with mounting hardware and molex adapter.

Cons: Fan and motor assembly are not well attached to the housing.

Does not move as much air as other 80mm fans

Newegg will charge 8$ in shipping to return a defective one.

Other Thoughts: I bought 4 of these fans for a new build. I bought them mostly for their low price. One month later, after intermittent use (a few hours per week in a fairly clean environment), 2 are no longer working. One was defective out of the box (the plastic bracket holding the circuit board to the motor was broken), and another failed a few days ago when its motor came unglued from the fan body and fell out.

I attempted to return the first fan to Newegg. Once I issued an RMA, however, I discovered that they would charge me 8$ to ship back the defective unit (the one that was shipped to me defective). As this cost was nearly 3 times what the item was worth, I attempted to contact Newegg to find another way to resolve this. They have not replied to any of the messages I have sent them, so I am currently stuck with 2 non-functioning fans.

Additionally, of the 2 remaining working fans, one is starting to look a little wobbly.

I would say that a 50% failure rate with insufficient support earns a 1 star review.

5 out of 5 eggsMoves air!

Pros: Cheap, and has 3 pin connector that allows for motherboard connection

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: It might be helpful to others if the fan detailed the direction of the air flow. I happened to know from experience. The glossy finish may help keep dust off fan.

To prolong the life of your fans remember to vacuum out your PC every few months. Take special care to not touch components.

1 out of 5 eggswaste of money

Pros: pretty blue, cheap. was quiet while they worked.

Cons: quiet while they lasted.

Other Thoughts: cheap, fell apart right away had to RMA, Got a replacement and same thing. Fell apart in the first 1 hour of using. Now the other one in my case is starting to act up. I removed the sticker ( it actually fell off) only to find the fan is cracked where it attaches to the motor. Spend a bit more for better quality.
I now will need to replace 4 more of these. So cheap not worth the RMA at this point.

1 out of 5 eggsUnreliable, noisy, flimsy construction

Pros: Inexpensive. I guess you get what you pay for. Out of the five fans I ordered, I got zero worthwhile products. See the below; but I don't really have anything else positive to say.

Cons: These fans are very poorly constructed out of even poorer materials. The ones I ordered either stopped working, started making noises, or just plain sucked at their one job. More detail is below.

Other Thoughts: I ordered three of these for my HTPC (Silverstone case with room for 4 80mm fans). They all began working quite well; but overnight one started buzzing. So, I requested an RMA; but then decided to just go ahead and order two more. By the time the two new ones arrived, one of the other fans had simply stopped turning and the other wobbled when it rotated so much that it really wasn't doing any good at all. Thought about RMA'ing all three, but glad I didn't yet...the two new ones are just as useless as the other three. Maybe I got a bad batch, but out of 5 fans only one works halfway decent; at least it rotates at ~1300rpm for a couple hours before it starts whining.

My opinion is that you should save your cash and your time. Go with a more reliable name/product.

4 out of 5 eggsEhh

Pros: looks like I put my review on the wrong fan so ill put it on the right one this time :) I purchased 2 of these and installed them today they are super quiet can't even hear them and they are blue

Cons: they move very little air even with two of them right next to each other I can barely feel any air movement

Other Thoughts: I have 2 120mm fans one as a front intake one as a top exhaust then 2 of these things as side intakes to help cpu temp and another 80mm fan blowing air onto my HDD and the only fan I can really hear is my CPU fan on the OEM AMD cooler if these things moved more air I would put them on the heatsink in a heart beat
