Pros: nice bright green glow, comes with fan grill, comes with 3pin to 4pin molex adapter, also comes with 8 black fan screws.

Cons: the 3pin to 4 pin molex adapter is cheaply made.

Other Thoughts: these apevia fans say 20db, yet other fans, such as the coolermaster R4-L4S-10AB-GP fans i just replaced with these, said 16db yet were far louder than these which say 20 db. coolermaster lies.

4-9-16 update. the first fan started to fail. after taking it apart and adding a drop of oil inside it's working again.

Cons: Company selling it is annoying as heck. They have called me 4 or five times to get me to rate this and telling me I havnet rated this high enough I am only giving them a five to get them to leave me alone. do yourself a favor and dont buy anything from them

Pros: I bought 5 at the same time, one started getting loud after ~14 months.

Reordered one. For some super cheap fans that match my color scheme, these worked well.

Cons: They're cheap. Not super high CFM or anything. But theres 5 of them in my microATX case, they do the job.

Other Thoughts: The grills that come with these actually look pretty cool.

Pros: Comes with a grill to keep wires and things out, enough screws to mount grill to fan/fan to case, 3 pin mother board connection plus 4 pin Molex adapter, nice green LED, very quiet!

Other Thoughts: This is my second time buying this exact fan. First time was almost the exact same result.
The Fan burnt out in just over a year, figured the first one was a fluke. The bearing clearly went first causing it to spin off center and make a lot of noise.
Will not be supporting this brand again.

Pros: Originally I purchased this fan as a back up to my original Green LED fan on my Raidmax Midtower. Unfortunately, the brightness does not compare to the original fan. So I decided to place this fan on the bottom of the case. I like the idea that it also came with a black grill. Even though I utilized my cable management feature, it's nice to have the reassurance of wires not slipping into the fan.

Cons: LED's should be brighter.

Other Thoughts: Although it did not meet my expectations for LED brightness, it does output quite the air flow.

Pros: I bought 2 of these and they are quieter than my expensive Rosewill fan.

Other Thoughts: LED's are very bright. It wasn't a big deal but i eventually put the case on the ground due to the overwhelming brightness. It's not a con because the bright green is really cool. Even on the ground it is still very radiant.

Pros: Quiet, moves plenty of air, and has a very nice solid green glow.

Cons: Can't find any.

Other Thoughts: Purchased a total of 8 of those things. Every single one is quiet and moves enough air to keep my rig cool. The green LED is a nice consistent green glow that can very clearly be displayed even in a brightly lit room.
