5 out of 5 eggsUnbeatable Value - Solid Fan

Pros: Price: A no-brainer. I think I picked off the last one, as it was something under $5 with free ship. Figured if it was worthless, it was a good gamble. The performance of the fan is surprisingly good. Decent air flow. Virtually silent. Nice long power adapter, so I can plug it into a motherboard header with ease. While I usually don't care about aesthetics, I actually like the pale orange and bright white colors a lot. As a previous reviewer noted, if you want it to be an intake fan, you'll need to turn it around. No big deal. He did it with zip ties. It works that way with no noise nor chatter. But if you're obsessive, you can mount it with even very small rubber grommets, ensuring it will be silent and classy. If they had any more, I'd buy one just as backup. Or to use as propeller on my head beanie :-)

Cons: Nothing not to like so far.

Other Thoughts: If they get it back in, buy it.

4 out of 5 eggsUse a zip-tie to mount in reverse. Good fan!

Pros: The pros are advertised. In the real world, you get very quiet fans with an excellent combination of airflow and the ability to keep said airflow in a column. I have three of these in a Corsair 650D and they are amazingly better than whatever awful OEM is supplying those stock fans.

It's hard to find really nice 20mm fans, and 25mm fans are a very tight fit for the front intake and top exhaust on the 650D, so these were among the few options I had. I picked them because of specs you can read in their marketing. I'm keeping them because they live up to those specs. Temperatures are down and the bearing technology they use will last for a very long time. Solid stuff.

I do have them set up somewhat unconventionally along with a Prelimatech PRO-USV14 rear exhaust replacing the 120mm rear exhaust fan from the factory. Only one fan, the side fan, is intake. The rest, including the front, are exhaust. There's ample spacing around the fan to allow for air to intake as needed to prevent thrashing or turbulence, and this setup, while requiring a little more attention to dust than a positive airflow setup, keeps my components much, much cooler than my previous setup.

I don't know if others would find this a pro or a con, but I quite like that the LEDs are not blindingly bright. They're understated. Which is fantastic, I don't want them to be bright. You can see some white dots and a flash of orange (the color I chose) and that's it, there's nothing obnoxious going on.

Cons: As mentioned, they only mount one way, and by default it's exhaust. But solving that is as easy as just getting some small zip-ties and turning them around. Tighten the zip-ties up well and ta-da, intake fans with all the nice qualities mentioned above.

Other Thoughts: I wasn't around for any rebate issues so I have no beef with the company. I just know that I feel that I got my money's worth with these high quality fans. They are inaudible, push air well, and are just bright enough to make my son think they're neat without being so bright that I think they're obnoxious. Provided the long-life bearing holds up its end of the bargain, these are great 200mm thin fans.

4 out of 5 eggsa great silent fan

Pros: These fans move quite a bit of air with VERY little noise. I actually can't hear the fans at all because of my air conditioning in the next room. I'm very happy with them.

Cons: Watch out! These only mount one way, some make absolutely sure that they will mount into your case correctly. I ended up having to use rubber bands to mount one.

Other Thoughts: These have made me a big fan (get it, but seriously) of this company. I forget how to spell the name, but I'll definitely be buying more of their fans in the future.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Fan

Pros: Had the fan for about 5 months now and it along with other Xigmatek fans have kept my PC always under 39C when running almost any game. These fans are quit and fit amazing with the HAF 912. Plus they are the perfect orange to match my theme.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat fan, just not for the phantom

Pros: Works great.
Stays very quiet.

Cons: Doesn't fit in the NZXT Phantom as a top fan.

Other Thoughts: I bought this fan for my orange NZXT Phantom. Disappointingly, it was too large to fit. Evidently NZXT has a different definition for 200mm than anyone else. I gave it to my friend who mounted it on the side of his case, and says it works fine.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect for my Application

Pros: I put this fan in the top of my Cooler Master HAF 912. It fits perfectly. It is only 20mm thick so it allowed me to mount a radiator fan outside of the case, a radiator in the case and a second push pull fan inside the case. This fan sits right above the 2nd radiator fan without any issue. Moves a decent amount of air as well very quiet. Looks pretty good.

Cons: the fact that this uses sleeve barings kindof stinks. I bought this for a fan that is mounted horizontally. I know the risks but it seems fine for now. The white LED with oarnge blades is pretty cool. Unfortunately the white led's in my application are above the blades so it is a little more white and less reddish that I would like. It would be cool if the offered red leds but whatever. Function over form.

Other Thoughts: Fits the HAF 912 and probably other HAF models with 200mm fans. Moves a good ammount of air. I like the red of my cooler master 200mm better but this fan is lower profile. It will allow you to fit a push pull radiator setup and a 200mm fan which is definately worth it not looking exactly like desired. I do think the black shroud looks much better than clear that the cooler master has.

3 out of 5 eggsNice looking, but can be a pain

Pros: Nice looking fan and the LEDs on this are a nice color, I have two of these for my white/black/red NZXT case, both in the top slots. Yes, they will fit, but...

Cons: ...They don't fit well. I had to disassemble the top of my case and do some real weasel work to get both of these fans to fit and even still had to zip tie them into place just to be sure. For the pain and labor I put into installing these, I would expect better pricing and quality. After install one of the fans will randomly not spin up! After nudging it, the fan will pick up but, that is annoying! Newegg got them fast and in a hurry so thats a plus.

Other Thoughts: I almost gave this a one egg review for as much trouble as these have caused, the saving grace is that they do work and they do look really good in my case, maybe sometime in the future I will change them out when I find something that fits better.

5 out of 5 eggsvery quiet

Pros: quiet, LED are's set up neat, compact for 200mm, moves a lot of air

LED's are nice because they are bright enough to notice, but not too bright, so you seem them when you want to, and don't when you don't.

Cons: i would have liked to sheathed wires on this, but it is what it is, i knew they weren't when I ordered, check the pictures

wires could have been a little longer, i had more than enough, but they are really only about 6" unless you hook them from the assembly

can only mount one way...

Other Thoughts: I have 3 of these in my xigmatek elysium, 2 up top, 1 on the door...(i used a corsiar h70 for my cpu cooler, and the fan on the door of the elysium was too thick and hit the rad and kept the door from being able to go back on, so I moved that fan to the floor of the case, and put one of these on the door, and it was able to close with plenty of clearance...

I've only just put my pc together, so everything is tentative, but I see no reason to believe anything will change, they move a lot of air, they are very quiet and LED's are nice, if you are looking for 200mm fan, these guys do the job and they do them well...especially if space is an issue
