The new Xigmatek CLF Crystal Series of 120mm system fans continues the company's innovative design focus to provide advanced features and performance while maintaining excellent value to the end user. CLF Series is created with attention and detail, and not only does it look prestige from every angle it is manufactured with impeccable performance.

The CLF Series fan comes standard with quad LEDs incorporated with transparent frame and blades insuring your case fan to be the center of attraction.

The CLF features a high quality "Fluid Circulative Bearing" which is tested to increase its lifespan by 50%. The Fluid Circulative Bearing uses a remarkable re-circulative fluid method which enables the bearing to rotate at a high and stable revs, reaching rotations up to 1500 RPM. Unlike average bearings on the market, FCB will cancel out 98.9% friction which means in practical everyday usage this ultimately produces a near silent atmosphere (<20 dBA).

5 out of 5 eggsGreat looking fans!

Pros: VERY bright, true blue LEDs. Crystal clear plastic. Very quiet and able to move a lot of air efficiently.

Cons: No air flow directional on the housing. Screw holes not threaded and require a lot of pressure to thread screws in.

Other Thoughts: Considering the price these are GREAT case fans for an entry level or mid-level computer. Even if you're not a gamer and just want to make your case look a little pretty these fans will do the trick nicely. They're relatively quiet and spin smoothly. The lights are extremely bright, and I mean extremely bright, so unless you're looking to bathe the interior of your computer in light you may want to find fans that are a little bit dimmer. Overall a fantastic product.

5 out of 5 eggsgood fans

Pros: I bought 2 of these fans to replace the front intake fans on my case because they sounded like jet engines. These xigmatek fans run almost silent for me. The blue leds are nice and bright. Even at 100% power there is just a small hum but you have to put your ear up to the case to hear it. My temps are good so they must be moving a good amount of air.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I use asus fan expert 2 and right now at 100% they are running at 1550rpms. I am getting decent temps of 20c-30c usually on my motherboard at idle.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Fan

Pros: Very nice, moves tons of air, super vibrant LEDs (not washed out or a purple-ish color like some other blue LED fans I've had).

Cons: A bit loud, certainly not quiet. I bought two of these specifically to replace two Thermaltake fans I had in the roof of my case since they were so incredibly loud. These are only a tad more quiet. HOWEVER, I used one of the Thermaltake fans and put it in the front of my case, and it's actually very quiet right now. So the loudness is most likely just because of the way the vent-patterns are set up in the case.

1 out of 5 eggsPoor Quality Control & Won't honor Rebate

Pros: NOne considering all the cons

Cons: - Poor quality control, noisy and it will get noisier if you mount it horizontally.
- Won't honor their rebate. Bought 2 last year, and one more early this year, and they didn't honor rebate for any of them.
-Christina Fleck, remember this name, that's the title of the automated respond emails... no matter how many emails you send regarding the rebate, which you will never get...

Other Thoughts: Don't buy from Xigmatek. Reasons?
-Poor quality control
-pricier than the others while other brands are better
-won't honor their rebate, totally scammer.
-the whole rebate department is consist of one person -- Christina Fleck christinafleck@xigmatekamerica.com
- if you have trouble getting your rebate from Xigmatek, Newegg won't help.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW! Way Cool

Pros: Cooler was easy to install...
My CPU idles 10-12 degrees cooler then my tower registers

Cons: Fins sliced the heck out of my hand on installation..my bad

Careful on installation

Other Thoughts: I ran 100-110 degrees overclocked. Cooled right back down to 68 within minutes at idle. Inside Tower maintains 80. 2 180mm fans exhaust out top, 2 out back, 1 intake up front and one intake on clear side cover...

4 out of 5 eggsGood fan, terrible MIR

Pros: Quiet, quality LEDs (trust me some of the cheap ones use different sources so the colors don't always match, even on the same fan). Best price I could find at the time and with a MIR for half off I was sold.

Cons: It's been almost 5 months and I still don't have my MIR. Completely worthless MIR.

Other Thoughts: As much as I like them I feel cheated becaue without the MIR I wouldn't have ordered. Especially since a couple of months later I got a 4 pack of similar fans for $9. I spent $24 on 2 of these.

1 out of 5 eggsQuality control issue

Pros: Blue light and clear fan.

Cons: The fan is making an incredible amount of noise. It costs more for me to RMA this than to buy a new one. I have the first one to compare it to and it's quiet. This second one I bought sounds like a radio model airplane!

Other Thoughts: Sucks now I'm stuck with a fan because it costs the same to ship back.

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet with Good Airflow

Pros: - High airflow
- Low noise
- Blue LED's are just the right brightness

Cons: - NONE

Other Thoughts: I have two of these fans in the front of my case. They are almost completely silent and push air extremely well through my case. I highly recommend them and will order them again.

3 out of 5 eggsDoes the job

Pros: Moves a decent amount of air. Pretty nice LEDs. Sleeved wiring. 3 pin to molex adapter included.

Cons: No threaded screw holes. Not exactly quiet. At first, they kind of sounded like the neighbor down the hall (in an apartment complex) vacuuming. Also, Newegg has their information wrong. The packaging states 61 CFM, not 68.
Wiring could be a bit longer.

Other Thoughts: I bought 2 of these, and while the blue LEDs are nice, they don't quite match the blue in my NZXT M59 case, they are a little bit lighter blue. Can't really tell though unless you look really close at both of them.

1 out of 5 eggsWhere's my Rebate?

Pros: Still turning, still glowing blue.

Cons: Still reminds me every time I pass in front by my computer, about the free after $11.99 rebate scam that they have apparently been pulling for years. I waited patiently for the prescribed 120 days after the postmark deadline. Then I sent an email with copies of everything I mailed including the envelope. All I got was an autoreply from Christina Fleck that they've been using for at least 4 months about how "due to the large response" they are still processing "November submissions". At this rate I guess I expect them to be complaining about the large volume of February submissions around Christmas. Outlook won't stop reminding me that this is overdue until I tell it to dismiss and I won't dismiss it until I get paid. So let the battle begin. I didn't ask for excuses from 7 months ago. I asked about the status of my rebate submission. Since it has been 8 days since my inquiry, I'll assume that this lame autoreply is meant to be Xigmatek's last word.

Other Thoughts: In one deal forums regarding this matter, a few people were feeling sorry for Christina Fleck who apparently is the entire rebate processing department at Xigmatec America. Since apparently filing a complaint with the BBB against both Xigmatec and NewEgg seems to be the only way to get a rebate, I'll probably pursue that that in the next few weeks. Apparently NewEgg cares enough about their reputation to stand up when someone protests loudly enough. Xigmatek on the other hand appears to believe it can build customer loyalty by burning bridges. I certainly won't fall for their "free after rebate" ruse again and probably won't buy anything else from them just because of it. If this fan lasts 10 years, I won't be thinking what a great bargain it was. I'll be thinking how much trouble I went through trying to get a lousy 12 bucks back by adding the cost of submitting, following up and eventually pursuing a remedy for their failure to pay. I feel sorry for the people who'll never get paid.
