The new Xigmatek CLF Crystal Series of 120mm system fans continues the company's innovative design focus to provide advanced features and performance while maintaining excellent value to the end user. CLF Series is created with attention and detail, and not only does it look prestige from every angle it is manufactured with impeccable performance.

The CLF Series fan comes standard with quad LEDs incorporated with transparent frame and blades insuring your case fan to be the center of attraction.

The CLF features a high quality "Fluid Circulative Bearing" which is tested to increase its lifespan by 50%. The Fluid Circulative Bearing uses a remarkable re-circulative fluid method which enables the bearing to rotate at a high and stable revs, reaching rotations up to 1500 RPM. Unlike average bearings on the market, FCB will cancel out 98.9% friction which means in practical everyday usage this ultimately produces a near silent atmosphere (<20 dBA).

5 out of 5 eggsWind Flo +

Pros: These fans are excellent for a case with Specified 1500rpm and a nice 68cfm makes quite a bit of difference on helping keep a case cool. I don't think they move as much air as specified if you have many wires dangling about, but if kept to a minimum with a Modular PS i believe they do move that much air or in my build more.
Clear white makes it nice for knowing when to clean your case with some Blow Off air or other brand and the LED's are over overpoweringly bright for someone keeping it in a room where you do not want that type of Beaming Light - Cad/Drafting rooms especially
The three pin MoBo connection with a 4 pin PS adapter is very nice making it very versatile for either type of connection you wish to use.
Very quiet for such a air mover.

Cons: Length of the wire could have been a few inches longer to reach the lower part of the MoBo,(depending where mounted on the case) but being such a random way to install it nothing to take an Egg-Off for.

Other Thoughts: The mounting screws seemed to be overly tight, but does not crack the ears when installing and who wants a loose fit with noise from something like that?

3 out of 5 eggsNoisy but good flow.

Pros: Good airflow, i mounted it on bottom of PC to replace a old, low quality 120mm fan that was loud and had poor flow and it can suck a piece of paper from pretty far away. it lowered my case temps by about 2 degrees and lowered my graphics card by about 4 degrees. the lighting is very nice but i felt that other reviewers have over-hyped how bright it is it could be due to my computer case window being tinted. low price the 3 pin to molex adapter was one of the main reasons for me chosing this fan over its competitors.

Cons: Noise. i have several fans in my case Noctua NH-d14 cooler + 4x fractal 140mm fans. and this fan is easily heard above all of the other fans. Noise was not a high priority for me due to computer being setup in the family room my computer is easilly drowned out by evryone else in the house. however after evryone has gon to bed i notice that this fan is the loudest component of my pc however i was not expecting it to be MORE noisy than the fan it replaced (on paper it was supposed to be quieter) in person the fan noise is rather high pitched and it turned my once near silent computer into barely audible. i would not recommend someone buying multiples of this fan or using it in a very quiet office environment.

Other Thoughts: some cases isolate noises differently so your milage may very. the flow is very impressive but considering how much louder this fan was than another fan that was rated around 30db and my sytem went up by about 4db overall either i got a defective unit or Xigmatek under rates their noise levels i probably will not purchase another fan from xigmatec in the future.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great Fans... Running 4 in the side panel on my case and they are pretty quiet at top speed. keeps the PC running while idle, at 2 degrees centigrade. and at max load i'm topping out at 17-20.

Cons: none.

5 out of 5 eggsXigmatek 120mm White LED Fan

Pros: They work great. Although I have only had them for a few days. Great White LED fans. They are quiet, I ordered 3 of them, all 3 fit and are working. Plan on ordering 1 more, as I am still using the blue led that originally came with my case as well. (Thermaltake Commander MS-I Snow Edition). Has sleeved cords. Delivered on time.

Cons: Although, not necessarily a con, but the screw holes on the fans are not pre-drilled.

Other Thoughts: Was not able to use both top fan mounts on my case or the on on the bottom,(though that's really a fault of my case, and not the fans).

2 out of 5 eggsNoisy

Pros: Good air movement, Bright led.

Cons: The reason I got this fan was to replace my other fan that was really loud. This one is just as loud.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Fans

Pros: The only fans I really use in builds nowadays. Cheap, uniform, and good cfm, along with very bright LED's.

Cons: None, it's a fan.

4 out of 5 eggsNot silent but they are nice fans.

Pros: They move a decent amount of air. Clear design looks greats in the window of my Eleven Hundred case. Cables are wrapped. Comes with Molex adapters and screws. Don't like the LEDs? Cut the wires and the fans function normally.

Cons: I am NOT experiencing a "near silent atmosphere (<20 dBA)" at 1500 RPM using Molex adapters (fans at 100%). In my case, I have four 120mm fans in front, a 120mm behind the motherboard tray, two 120mm fans in push-pull on my closed-loop CPU water cooler, a 200mm on top, two 120mm fans in my power supply and five fans between two factory overclocked 7870 cards running in Crossfire. Adding these two fans on the side of my case, they are far and away the loudest fans in my case until my GPUs have been stressed for quite a while and the top card's fans start to really speed up.

The cables are too short for side window use if you want to plug them into the motherboard. I have ordered extension cables so that I can control the speed.

Other Thoughts: The claim of "near silent atmosphere (<20 dBA)" is misleading as these are certainly NOT silent at 1500 RPM. The lights are really bright and almost pure white. Seem to be very high quality fans and I have no concerns about their longevity.
