The new Xigmatek CLF Crystal Series of 120mm system fans continues the company's innovative design focus to provide advanced features and performance while maintaining excellent value to the end user. CLF Series is created with attention and detail, and not only does it look prestige from every angle it is manufactured with impeccable performance.

The CLF Series fan comes standard with quad LEDs incorporated with transparent frame and blades insuring your case fan to be the center of attraction.

The CLF features a high quality "Fluid Circulative Bearing" which is tested to increase its lifespan by 50%. The Fluid Circulative Bearing uses a remarkable re-circulative fluid method which enables the bearing to rotate at a high and stable revs, reaching rotations up to 1500 RPM. Unlike average bearings on the market, FCB will cancel out 98.9% friction which means in practical everyday usage this ultimately produces a near silent atmosphere (<20 dBA).

4 out of 5 eggsMay Be Worth the Money

Pros: They have a very nice color to them (Except 1 flaw, see my cons for that), it is a deep purple that has a sort of blue output to them which is very nice when the lights are out. They move a lot of air, they actually move papers that are attached to a bulletin board above my desk.

Cons: I ordered 2 fans and the LEDs in them differ slightly from one another. This doesn't bother me too much but was reason enough to take off an egg.
The great air movement that these make comes with a price, they are sort of loud. They are a little louder than my stock AZZA fans that i already thought were pretty loud

Other Thoughts: Worth a buy considering it is very hard to find fans with purple LEDs that actually work well.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid fan overall

Pros: Best pro was these were one of only a couple purple led fans I could find. I really wanted to get something other than blue, green or red this build, and the color on these is really great. They move a good amount of air and over all, they aren't too noisy. The 3 pin connector will not control well from the motherboard, but with a fan controller, these are very easy to control. I have 5 of them in my Zalman Z9 controlled by a NZXT Sentry Mix 2 and they all look great together! =D

Cons: I hate to say it but these really aren't the quietest fans I've used, and really not the absolute best airflow. I debated taking an egg off, but the aesthetics really do make up for it. That being said, the airflow is decent, but it isn't very focused. Also, especially with that fact all 5 are this way, at max speed, they have a decent amount of motor noise. It's actually louder than my Cooler Master Seidon's pump noise, but not so loud that it drowns that or anything else out. That is just a bit too noisy for me but the fan controller works great for this. In comparrison though, I also have some Cougar fans that are near silent at max and have great focused airflow, so they really don't measure up to cougars.

Other Thoughts: If you are purely for airflow and quiet, these definitely aren't the best fans, but if you want something that has some nice flash with good performance, these really are perfect for that.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: -Nice balance between cool and quiet
-One of the few Purple LED 120mm case fans

Cons: -Not a 4-pin PWM, but I knew that before I bought it

Other Thoughts: Runs pretty quietly except when mounted on my side panel. I have two of these on my Storm Scout 2's side panel so they provide cool air to my GPU. Pretty quiet when mounted anywhere else on the case, so I might buy some rubber screws to try and dampen the noise.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice!

Pros: Cool, quiet...and actually purple!

Cons: Thought the purple would either be overwhelmed or just blend in with my blue LEDs. But they don't. These are actually purple and you can tell...I love them!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Fan

Pros: Quiet, great rich purple LEDs.

Cons: None that I have found yet.

Other Thoughts: This 120mm fan's color is much brighter than the 200mm. The color of the LED is closer to a rich purple as well, the 200mm is more white.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty

Pros: Pretty purple. Can't beat that! Always pleasing.

Cons: The purple is a bit faint compared to the blue, or the quad colored fans in my rig. It's easily overwhelmed. So I don't recommend using this is a system if you're going to have a lot of other colors, particularly green. It tends to consume it especially since we see green much more vibrantly then any other color.
