Pros: Great price!
i replace 4 server fans that was SOOO loud
these are as loud as central air flowing from a vent
so super quiet!
push a good amount of air

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: great for a low noise build
but if you dont care about noise i would get higher RPM fans

Pros: quiet

Cons: not enough flow for me

Other Thoughts: the fan is 0.14Amps which is about as low as they go. don't bother lowering the speed with fan controller if you want to flow any air at all. if your using a vary low watt system then this would be fine.

Comes with power adapter for 4 pin power supply type.

Other Thoughts: Name does not lie; they're pretty quiet.

Built in is the four prong type power plug that goes on a motherboard but I was surprised to see included in the package was an adapter for the kind a PATA hard drive uses.

When I first plugged it in the motherboard BIOS was defaulted to super speed for fans so the thing really started ripping along. Then I got the power settings to a more friendly setting and it's nice and quiet. Check your motherboard's fan rpm setting right away after installation!

Pros: Moves a good bit of air for it's noise level. It is the most quiet fan in my tower.

Cons: Doesn't seem like it'd be very effective if placed far away from components.

Other Thoughts: I bought two of these and cut holes in my plastic side panel to mount them. Placed one directly above cpu and lowered it's temps by around 5c. The other I put over my northbridge and gtx 480 fan. Lowered NB temps by 8c and 480 temps by 3c

Pros: - Quiet
- Low power draw

Cons: - (Obviously) doesn't move a lot of air because it's so quiet.

Other Thoughts: This fan suited my particular needs perfectly. I have a number of other case fans, but I wanted a quiet fan near the top of my case to move some air onto the CPU area for a little extra cooling without the added noise, and for that it works flawlessly!

Pros: - Easy Installation
- Long 3-pin Connector
- Extremely Quiet (Can't hear it at all)
- Low Power Draw

Cons: - Doesn't really move any air. I have it installed as a rear exhaust in my case and I can barely feel the exhaust.

Other Thoughts: I recommend avoiding this fan if your looking for some quality cooling.
