5 out of 5 eggsHard to apply but worth it

Pros: cool

Cons: nA

Other Thoughts: My cpu is able to reach 6C lowest. Even if it reads false info it wouldn't read that low on stock paste. Highly recommended. Also is underrated comparing the the hyped arctic products.

2 out of 5 eggsVery little use.

Pros: Worked really well for the first rice-sized drop. Spread very well.

Cons: The entire rest of the tube was dried out after the first little bit. I felt like I was trying to spread a material that felt similar to quick cement.

Other Thoughts: I was hoping this would be better than the Arctic Silver tubes I used in the past...

Maybe I just got a poor mixture.

5 out of 5 eggs#1 Thermal Paste

Pros: This stuff is the best. I've done a lot of research to find which paste is the best. From my research, the Prolimatech PK2 and PK3 is consistently the best performing thermal paste across a spread of dozens of other leading thermal compounds.
In comparison to the thermal paste that came with my water blocks, the difference is amazing.

With the included paste:
CPU: i7 4790k @ 4.8 GHz
Cooling: Koolance 380i water block, 240mm rad, 2x120mm fans
Idle: 28C
Full Load: 83C

With the PK2
Idle: 24C
Full Load: 74C

With my GTX Titans in SLI at 1250 MHz/6200 MHz
Cooling: Koolance water blocks, 1x240mm rad, 1x280mm rad with 2 fans each
Included paste
Idle: 28C
Full Load: 64C

With the PK2
Idle: 24C
Full Load: 50C

Now those are some incredible results. The Titans have modified BIOS that allow them to run up to 425 watts each. They do occasionally reach close to 400 watts, but don't hang there for long under normal circumstances. I'll never use anything else ever again.

Cons: The spoon thingy that it comes with to spread the paste with is a piece of junk. What I use is a thin credit card or insurance card cut into thin strips. And it works great. Way better than the lame spoon thing they provide. Which I did try to use, it made it way more difficult to apply.

Other Thoughts: Apparently the PK3 is a little bit better, may shave 1 or 2C off of your max temps, but the PK2 is the easier paste to spread.
Personally the method I prefer for spreading thermal compound is to apply a thin even layer across the entire surface of the chip. With this paste it worked incredibly well.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Awesome stuff. Read every comparison and tech chart I could find on all the pastes I could find. This is a cheap, yet super efficient one. Works great on my FX-8320 @ 4.4ghz, never sees over 48c.

Cons: Too much to use!!

5 out of 5 eggsPk2

Pros: Cheap $/thermal conductivity rate is excellent and not to shabby on the thermal resistance, not as good as it big brother, but same conductivity rate, just a .002 difference in resistance.

Cons: Just a tad lower in resistance[-.002] than PK3, not really a con, but some should be aware....

Other Thoughts: I use thisfor solid state LED lighting builds. Low to high powered. Top names, not unknown bin diodes. Real high power up to 100+ watts per LED COB diode. Multiple R&D builds with PK2 in these instances and 0 heat failures due to faulty [Tc] temperatures where Pk2 is being used. Over 2500 hrs on some builds with no faults.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Spreads easily. Made install fast and easy. Better performance than more expensive brands.

Cons: Smallish tube. But still big enough to do a couple installs.

Other Thoughts: If you're new to building get this stuff. It's really easy to work with.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat value my new paste of choice

Pros: Runs FX6300 with Prolimatech AR02 with 3 6mm heatpipes at 100% fan with a max temp of 45C. Will keep CPU at 46-47C with fan speed target of 6 out of 9 for speed at a target speed of 50C. Asrock extreme4 970 AM3+ has an odd fansetup.Very good value for your money. Paste spreads easy and can get a nice thin layer on the heatsink and drop it right on. I removed and reapplied after 3 weeks and some heat runs up to 60C and it was still soft and the heatsink removed easily (some pastes are like glue once heated). This paste performed well less than 15 minutes after application and performance may have increased after a few heat cycles although no burn in or wait time is needed.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: Cheap! Works great. Easy to apply.

Cons: No con's.

Other Thoughts: Brought new life to my laptop. a 18 month old laptop with an I7 and a 650m was overheating on basic tasks and couldn't play newer games anymore due to reaching thermal max. Went from a blistering 75c idle, to a 35c idle. Even running the gpu and cpu both at max, Now it will only get to 72c where as before it was hitting 100c
