5 out of 5 eggsFantastic product

Pros: The best thermal compound I ever used. Temps are 2-4 degrees lower compared to when I was using Arctic-MX4.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing!

Pros: Works extremely well
My 4770k runs at 49c (which is when the fans start dropping off) running prime95 @4.0 ghz after 20 mins, room temp around 77f

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Used this with
Intel 4770K
Corsair H110 Extreme
Fractal Design R2 DF

Some people find the design I used complicated however I point all case fans and the powersupply to direct air INTO the case.

Then i have the video card fan directing airflow out

Then i have the CPU radiators on the outside of the case sucking air out... sucking air out of a radiator is the most efficient way to do it.

This means that I put positive pressure into the case with the case fans and the psu fan which means a lot more airflow goes out of the GPU and CPU radiator.

Henceforth cooling the hottest parts a lot more.

5 out of 5 eggsVersatile and cool

Pros: + Spreads evenly
+ Easy clean-up
+ Keeps very cool

Cons: - none

Other Thoughts: I've used a wide range of thermal compounds including big ones like Arctic Silver 5 and TX-2...This PK3 is by far my favorite.

Long story short, I had to reapply my heatsink and fan 3 times because of bracketing issues ( it was late and I was tired ). So I had to clean up my CPU and heatsink several times. This compound was a breeze to clean off and reapply.

After finally mounting the heatsink (h212 evo) on my CPU (i7 4790k), I was getting temps of 29-34 at idle and 57-60 totally stressed with p95 for extended periods in a pretty warm room / decently ventilated case. Those are fairly good results, in my opinion.

note* application via center-pea method

5 out of 5 eggsSimply the best Thermal Paste you can buy

Pros: I own an AMD 7950 Sapphire Dual-X. Once when cleaning it I broke a fan blade. I decided to get an AIO Water cooler and modded it to fit my card. I used Arctic Silver 5 on it. For whatever reason I could never get it to work right. My FurMark temps would peak over 90 easy where my original air cooler would never peak 74. Unsatisfied with Arctic and the AIO I bought new fan blades and Prolimatech PK3. I re-applied my original air cooler with this paste. First, no burn in time is awesome. Second, the paste is amazing. I've ran FurMark at it's highest setting, Arkham Origins bench mark at max setting + 2xMSAA, Remember Me maxed with Super Sampling and Star Citizen. I was unable to get my temps to even reach 65. That's almost a 10 degree DROP! This stuff is simply the best.

Cons: None I am blown away.

5 out of 5 eggsImpressive

Pros: This TIM performs much better than I expected.

I'm using it on a FX-6350 overclocked to 4 GHz with stock cooling, and am seeing about 5 to 7 degrees less under load. Games that would push it to 55-57C now stay at an even 50.

There's enough for about 5 applications. I've done 3 CPU's and 1 GPU, and still have some left over. Very impressive results on all of them. Took an old HP G62 Turion 2 laptop from 65 to 43 idle (it had a really cheap stock thermal pad).

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: This stuff is a little harder to apply than most because it's almost clay like. You can't use the dab and smash technique. It's so thick that it has to be spread out evenly by hand (comes with a little card to help).

5 out of 5 eggsgreat

Pros: a google search of this stuff boasts 3-5 degrees cooler than arctic silver 5 and its true.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: odnt use the rice grain method. use a card and spread it out. i tested this then tested arctic silver and then ended up reapplying this. its definately 3 to 5 degrees cooler.

one thing i will say is when i first put this on i did the rice grain method and i used probably 2mm more then a grain of rice. this stuff doesnt burn in like other compounds and it wont spread to all 4 edges of your CPU. im glad i tested it becuase once i spread it out the way they instruct you to you get the best cooling for your cpu that your cooler can give.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: No cure time! Showed about 4 degrees less under load than the old artic silver 5 I was using and its non coductive.

Cons: none, it works.

Other Thoughts: I used the rice grain method of application vs spreading just like I did with AC5.

5 out of 5 eggsThermal Compound

Pros: Good Consistency For Application on AMD FX6300 CPU,
Lowered my cold idle from 50c To 35c
Never Got Hotter than 45c with coolermaster hyper 212 EVO installed, amazing performance. Even Stress Testing with Prime95 the Prolimatech Compound performed great.
My Stock AMD cooler was running at 76c with stress test, could not allow that to continue especially with an AMD Processor.

Cons: None. Way Better than Artic Silver and no burn in time.

Other Thoughts: No Burn In Time, Non Metallic in case you get a little sloppy with the Goop! LOL

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Used on my video cards and it dropped idle temps by 4 degrees. Haven't noticed any drops on max temps but the fans spin slower now when playing games so I guess it's working.

Cons: Thick. Not the easiest stuff to use

5 out of 5 eggsCreamy...

Pros: Sits well after being applied. I would not suggest using the little card that they give to spread it as you can't get a good hold on it, but it spreads on the processor well and makes for a good contact with the waterblock / cooler.

I used to be an AS guy but I am truly impressed with this gunk. The tube comes with enough for a couple of different applications of it.

Cons: It seems almost too thick, but it applies well and does the trick... very well.

Other Thoughts: Happy with the purchase. It conducts the heat well, and keeps makes for great contact. I will buy again the next time I need thermal compound.
