4 out of 5 eggsTook tinkering, but worked well

Pros: Good kit for first-timers. Included elbows help a lot. Plenty of tubing. On elbows, metal-to-metal threads catch easily and O-rings seal up nicely with included wrench.

Cons: These fittings are difficult. My fingers still haven't recovered. However, I'm pretty confident there will be no leaks...ever. The pump when secured to my case is a little loud and the pump power lead (3 pin fan) is a little short, but I don't blame the manufacture or newegg since I'm using it in a case it wasn't necessarily intended for.

Other Thoughts: I ended up putting this in a different case than what it was "intended" for, but it all worked out. The included anti-kink spring is a must. After all is said and done, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. My only suggestions are to include some sort of visual flow indicator (or better, a visual with a sensor to hook to 3/4 pin fan lead on MB) and maybe an air bleed/drain/fill valve to keep water away from internals.

2 out of 5 eggsGood kit - not a great experience

Pros: Does a good job working with the matching ITX case. Haven't tested it's thermal performance yet (see other). Kit includes a fair amount of extra cooling line if you make a mistake on the install or want to add other water blocks.

Cons: While I appreciate water fittings have to be tight so there are no leaks, these fittings can be VERY difficult to get the line into. You also must use the line that comes it the kits or find something exactly the same. I have some very good line from a previous custom water build and the wall thickness of the line was just big enough it wouldn't go on the fittings. You get enough line in the kit but if you are thinking of using colored line from a third party be prepared for it to not fit.

Other Thoughts: I've had various water cooling systems. Some kits. some custom build. The "Hydro" setup with the case and cooling kit is really very well done for going into an ITX form factor. Things are a little tight here and there but that should be expected given the size of the case.
My only complain is that while test running the system I found it had a leak. I wasn't in a hurry to use this computer so I left it in my garage for about a week with the pump running. I noticed the fluid level in the reservoir had gone down. I didn't notice any obvious water in the case but there was dried up coolant on the bench under the computer. Best I can tell there is a leak in the gasket or o-ring that seals between the pump and the reservoir. Which means I pretty much have to disassemble the entire unit.
Since I took my time on the build I am passed being able to return it so I'm off to find out how easy the EVGA RMA system is. I know products can be defective on occasion, just this time it's going to cost me hours to fully R & R the system.

2 out of 5 eggsNot recommended

Pros: All in one kit for first time liquid cooling, but more than just a plug and play for those who like to tinker.

Cons: Actually raised my CPU temp about 20 degrees C instead of lowering after all was said and done. I've been building my own machines for 20 years. I know I've got the thermal properly applied. I'm going to request RMA. My fingers are KILLING me after installation with compression caps. Now I have to figure how to drain and take it all apart. My poor fingers.

Other Thoughts: This is my first venture into liquid cooling, but coolant is flowing, coming in hot as all get out, seems cool on the return, but CPU temp is above danger levels, about 80C. I was closer to 60C with fins and fans.

5 out of 5 eggsgood kit

Pros: Complete kit for the Hadron Hydro case. Had enough hardware to also loop in the GPU. I have been running initial test all day and no leaks.

Cons: I tried every combination of fittings to go from the radiator to the inlet on the reservoir without using the kink coil, but couldn't make it work without it. Not docking an egg since they do include it for that purpose, but would have liked to not have to use it for a cleaner look.

Other Thoughts: The instructions are vague, but its pretty straight forward. I was also able to include my GPU into the loop so that is a big plus. I would recommend just using distilled water instead of the included coolant. I added a KillCoil and some red food coloring, and this kit, especially the CPU block look astonishing in the Hadron Hydro case.

My thumbs hurt.

4 out of 5 eggsnice kit

Pros: Fits into my Corsair Carbide Series 500R case. More then enough hose in case you mess up on a linkage.
AMD FX-6300 - I ran Prime95 with stock heatsink and fan Averaged 60°C with a high of 69°C. After Installing the Watercooling kit I got an average of 40°C and a high of 42°C.
The fittings and connectors worked great. The Compression fittings were a little hard to get the threads to bite, but I was still able to get them threaded.

Cons: Instructions are pretty terrible, I read through it multiple times and there were many holes in the installation process. There are plenty of videos on youtube that helped me out a ton.
Another issue I ran into is if you are buying this for another case then the Hadron Hydro, don't forget to pick up a few fans. I didn't take an egg off for this cause it is meant for the Hadron which has the necessary fans

Other Thoughts: This is my first experience with water cooling, but overall I think this is a great starter kit to upgrade parts later on.
