Other Thoughts: NOTE: If you mount these fans horizontally, (i.e. On the top or bottom of your chassis) you can barely make out the sound of the fan hub brushing its mount. I have them mounted vertically (3 of them) so it's a non-issue for me. I doubt any sane person will notice it, and I should know, I have OCD! :P Other than that, the only noise emitted from these fans is the whoosh from all the air they move. Which is quite a lot!
