Following the success of Spectre LED Fan Series, Spectre Pro LED ups the ante with an all-new design and enhanced performance. The high pressure and CFM design produces wicked cooling and is also perfect for watercooling setups. Its dual frame construction not only looks great, but also helps to dampen vibrations that cause unnecessary noise. Reinforced fan blades prevent warping at high RPM levels, while focused airflow ensures cool air can reach all of your installed components. With FDB technology for low noise and long life, multiple color options, and on-the-fly light switching, Spectre Pro LED is the new gold standard in performance case fans.

Harness the fury with the Spectre Pro LED Fan Series.

  • newegg High Pressure/CFM Design Engineered for maximum pressure and airflow, Spectre Pro LED delivers a torrent of air that will keep your system cool even when the action heats up. Performance freaks and water cooling enthusiasts are going to love Spectre Pro.
  • newegg Dual Frame Construction Using a dual frame construction, Spectre Pro LED fans not only offer aggressive looks, but also vibration dampening properties, helping to keep noise levels in check. In short, Spectre Pro LED Fan Series looks different because it is.
  • newegg Reinforced Fan Blades High rotation speeds can actually warp fan blades while in motion, resulting in more turbulence and noise. Spectre Pro LED features reinforced fan blades that resist warping even when spinning at high speeds for maximum cooling performance.
  • newegg Focused Airflow All the airflow in the world won't do you any good if it can't reach your system's hotspots. The special curved design of Spectre Pro LED fan blades and cage directs airflow in a focused column, minimizing diffusion and allowing cool air to reach your components.
  • newegg Silent Operation and Long Life Like Spectre LED Silent Fan Series, the Spectre Pro LED features the very same fluid dynamic bearing technology for minimum noise and maximum operating life. Moreover, included with each Spectre Pro LED Fan are some thoughtful extras that help you keep noise levels as low as possible. Four Anti-Vibration Rivets help further deaden noise-making vibrations, and for even more noise control, install the included Low-Noise 7V Adapter. Get more with Spectre Pro LED.
  • newegg On-the-Fly Light Switching Spectre Pro LED borrows the on-the-fly light switching technology from the original Spectre LED Series, which allows you to turn the fan lights on and off with the push of a button using compatible BitFenix chassis and accessories.

5 out of 5 eggsThese things are great

Pros: They work extremely well in a push pull configuration on radiators
Great cooling
Very Quiet (Silent in my rig)

Cons: The only con I can think of is that the LED's are a bit on the dim side but if you want that then look no further!

(Kind of a molten color since the LED's can be seen through the black plastic)

Other Thoughts: I found the rubber fan mounts difficult to use but since I used them on the radiator it is irrelevant.

5 out of 5 eggsDecent fan

Pros: Nice LEDs, fan looks good in the case

Cons: I can't really tell if this fan actually moves any more air than my stock fan. But eh.. It looks better

2 out of 5 eggsDisapointed

Pros: Great Leds
Nice design
solid construction

Cons: Very Low airflow

Other Thoughts: got a few of these to replace my stock fans, for looks and airflow. but they made no difference in air flow at all. i was sad to see how little they could acutaly push, really disapointed me. was looking forward to have a nice set of fans to move good air to help keep everything cool, probaly gonna replace them for some Couger fans or maybe some JEtFlow fans

2 out of 5 eggsdoesn't make par.

Pros: Looks really cool. LED on/off function. Black Cables. Bright LEDs.

Cons: Doesn't push enough air.

Other Thoughts: I was really disappointed. I bought 4 of these for my case, and they look really cool and they are really quiet, but when I replaced my H50 fan with this one, my CPU temps went up. I put my hand up to one of the fans while it was running and the breeze it generated was pretty weak.
I think they were a really cool idea and product, but all-in-all I need fans that will move air a little more.

5 out of 5 eggsit's a fan

Pros: it's a fan... using 2 of these as side cover fans on a coolermaster storm trooper case to help cool the 2 video cards.
lights are much brighter then stock fans.
alot quieter then the 2 stock front fans.
like the ability to turn lights off, unlike many others either on or blinking like crazy when turned down low. these don't.

Cons: Bit Fenix seems to have serious supply issues, seems alot of the stuff they sell here are always back ordered. either really popular or they have supply side issues. mostly the case fans..

Other Thoughts: bitfenix is probably the only supplier that offers a decent LED fan with the ability to switch lights off and on - on the fly which makes them very popular.

5 out of 5 eggsOverall, very pleased

Pros: * Quiet

* Good amount of airflow

* Not too expensive

* LED's not too bright or in your face

Cons: * Mediocre mounting hardware, screws felt like they were destroying the fan

*Little nib on the end of rubber fan mounts can get in the way of mesh filters

Not taking an egg off for either of these because:
1. I Didn't use the screws, and
2. There's a simple workaround to the other problem

Other Thoughts: * Bought locally, not from newegg (Sorry guys :D)

* Cooler Master Storm Trooper case

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: I like the look of the frame, nice coloring of the LEDs, not noisy, two pins to shut the LEDs off.

Cons: No cons for me since I've used them.

Other Thoughts: I bought two of them for side intakes, they work quite well.

4 out of 5 eggsReally nice fan.

Pros: Quiet! Definately has some nice craftsmanship and seem to be of pretty good quality. LEDs are appropriate brightness. Installed 2 of these into a Fractal Design Define Micro case, along with 2 140mm BitFenix cousins.

Cons: Same can not be said of the molex adapters. I highly recommend checking them carefully to be sure the wiring is correct. BOTH of the ones I bought were wired with the red lead connected on the 12 positive, and the black lead connected for the 5 volt positive. Um.... What? Yeah, it was wired way wrong. Good thing I caught it before using it on the computer, could have caused serious damage to the system.

Other Thoughts: Has an extension for making the LED lighting remote controlled, or something. Comes with screws and rubber grommet mounts so you can use either one to mount. These fans didn't need any mounting, as I used them for the front fan locations which have clips to hold them in on this case.

I docked a point for the incorrectly built molex adapter, otherwise they are a great fan. The 140mm size ones I bought were fine, but came with less stuff.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat fans!

Pros: High quality
Great looking design
LED's are bright on high fan speed setting
LED on/off jumper and capability to control LED's with a button using BitFenix Hydra Pro fan controller
Great air movement for how quiet they are
Excellent installation bits included; screws, rubber pull plugs, LED extension wires, etc
No whirling noises or buzzes like cheap fans

Cons: Plastic seems more like a harder plastic then normal fans, not as soft or rubbery. When I installed the mounting screws you can here the threads grooving the plastic and it almost sounds like cracking plastic. Scared me but the fans are fine.

LED brightness depends on fan speed, even with the Hydra Pro controller. Not really an issue as all fans are like this but it would have been nice to separate.

Other Thoughts: Bought these with a Hydra Pro controller elsewhere as newegg doesn't yet offer the Hydra Pro or the 140mm Spectre Pro in red for some odd reason. Newegg?!?!

Installation was a breeze and man do they look great! Case temps are lower now as well yet still not any louder. Static pressure on these fans is actually quite decent. I highly recommend them!
