4 out of 5 eggsLED's were not all the same blue color

Pros: Seemed quite and ran well. Moved a lot of air and was built really solid

Cons: I had to knock off one eggs for this, I bought four of fans from this company, all of them blue. (2 - 120 mm and 2 - 140 mm) The 140 had dark blue led's which I really liked, almost a violet color. However, one of my 120's had basically a set of four teal colored leds. These really clashed with the case. The other 120 had three dark led's, I am assuming the normal and correct ones, but with one teal stuck in there, so it too stuck out. It was noticeable right away on first boot up. I have an RMA started to see if what I got was just a fluke, I think it must have been.

Other Thoughts: To me they seem a little expensive, but well worth it. Assuming you get matching led's. I would recommend to friends.

5 out of 5 eggsBlue Majestie

Pros: Its Blue! (yes I know thats a stupid/obvious pro but I happen to like it soo.. ha)

For real though this very well built (for plastic)

Lights are bright enough that you can see them in the day, but not so bright that they distract/hinder you at night.

As for sound ... let my put it this way, my case hase 16 fans in it and 11 of them are BitFenix Spectre pro fans. You can only hear 5 of my fans...

Cons: This fan is 1-2 mm thicker and 3-4 mm longer then other case fans I have had, and while that actually is because they have made it a little bit more solid/stronger; it can make tight spaces a pain.

Other Thoughts: As for it being a little bit bigger, for the most part it wasn't really a problem. The only thing botherd me was I had to send back 2x 240 mm because they would not fit on the top of my AZZA Genesis 9000. Newegg took them back no problem, and I got 2x 230 mm fans and it all worked out.

Just incase you are wondering (and becuase I like to tell pepole). My system:
ASUS P9X79 LE LGA 2011 Intel X79

Intel Core i7-4820K Ivy Bridge-E Quad-Core 3.7GHz (Turbo 3.9GHz)

Phanteks PH-TC14PE_BL 140mm UFB (Updraft Floating Balance) CPU Cooler (this accounts for 3 of thoughs other fans)

G.SKILL Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2400

EVGA GeForce GTX760 FTW with ACX Cooler 4GB

KingWin Mach 1 1000 Watts Power Supply with Modular Cable Management System ABT-1000MA1S

Samsung Electronics 840 EVO-Series 120GB 2.5-Inch SATA III

Western Digital Caviar Black 750 GB SATA III 7200 RPM 64 MB Bulk/OEM Internal Desktop Hard Drive

Azza Genesis 9000W Full Tower Case

3 out of 5 eggsGreat fan.....BUT....

Pros: Durable construction.
Dual 120 & 140mm mounting holes.
Moves a lot of air.
Lights aren't too bright.

Cons: Had to remove a star on this one. When I first plugged the fan in, it was a little loud, like dry bearing loud. I ignored it, figured it was just lube that needed to work into the right places. Now a month after purchase the noise got louder. Had to take the fan apart. Upon inspection I found the fan lacking on lube. Like, trace amounts at best. For $19, I expected a fan that would need absolutely NO maintenance! This was not the case. I will no longer be buying expensive fans. Back to cheap fans for this guy. If I didn't pay an extra 10 bucks for extra lube (which itself is worth less then 10 cents) what did I pay the extra money for?

Other Thoughts: Good parts, but assembly could be better. Not thrilled about having to fix a new fan. Fan is fine now, but when I pay extra, I don't ever want to have to fix it, until a year or two later. For almost 20 bucks, I expected more.

5 out of 5 eggsA++

Pros: Sturdy construction.
120 & 140mm mounting spots.
Not too bright lights.
Have this 140mm fan next to my dual graphic cards,as a cool air intake, it keeps them nice & cool.

Cons: When I first plugged it in, it made a small amount of noise, but I believe that was the lube getting spread out inside the bearing. The noise has since gone away & not came back.

Other Thoughts: I run only BitFenix fans in my PC, because they are the quietest & move the most air. Plus they say ever lasting bearings. So we'll see how long it takes before I have to take one apart & relube it.

Love BitFenix!

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Fans

Pros: They're pretty. Blue LEDs shines true blue and is not too bright. It can move a lot of air. My system is very cold. Most components hovers around 25-35C. Black power cable has a good length. The blue LEDs can be turned off with a switch.

Cons: The fans are very, VERY hard to screw in. I stripped 4 screws from trying to screw the screws half-way in. I stripped two existing screws from my case, two screws that came in from the box. I took an egg off because of this. Bitfenix shouldn't have made the fan too hard to screw in, hard enough for their own screws they included in the box to strip. To fix this, I had to use pliers and a stripped screw to thread all 8 holes on my screw for 30 minutes so I can screw the fan in my case easily and securely.

Other Thoughts: Since this fan stayed out of stock on, I bought this fan from Their shipping is expensive but faster and better than Newegg.
Before buying this fan, I strongly recommend getting a pliers or other threading kit ready. You're going to have a hard time screwing the fans in.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic Fans

Pros: Decent Airflow
Black cables
Very quiet fans
Black screws
Came with rubber washers to reduce vibration noise.
Higher static pressure improves my case airflow since the mesh is a little restrictive.

Comes with an option to wire the fans LED's to a molex connector to have them on at full brightness all the time regardless of fan speed or I don't know why you'd do this but the LED's can also be turned off as well by removing a connector on the fans.

Cons: Not really a con but in my case a little higher static pressure would've been better, like 1.5-1.7 mmH2O, these fans are 1.38 mmH2O.

Other Thoughts: A really interesting feature on these fans is that they offer the ability to use 120 mm fan mounting holes or 140, as shown by the picture it has the holes for both.
