4 out of 5 eggsWorks if you connect it correctly

Pros: High CFM, very quiet, bright LEDs

Cons: No instructions included, can result in short circuits! (See other thoughts)

Other Thoughts: Couple other reviews state the product is bad due to the LED wire shorting out. That is because you are NOT supposed to use this LED wire connected to a power source like the motherboard's LED pins. The main 3 pin connector will power both the fan and LEDs, while the separate wire labeled as LED+/- is solely for the purpose of connecting the fan to the BitFenix Hydra Pro or similar fan/LED controllers. If you do not have a controller then you must leave the included loop on the LED wire for it to work.
There are instructions on BitFenix's product page that warn about this, but it is not included in the product, so I knocked an egg off.

1 out of 5 eggsBad product

Pros: Looks very cool

Cons: Comes with a three plug connector not four to use with pwm. This product comes with a seperate LED wire for the light and does not work at all. I bought two of these fans and the LED worked for 5seconds and then the wire itself went up in smoke. On the second fan I even flipped the connection around and it still went up in smoke. Both of these wires melted.

Other Thoughts: My advice is do not purchase these. My advice to the manufacturer is to make it where the light is integrated not a seperate plug.

2 out of 5 eggsFans

Pros: Fairly easy to install even with no instructions. Lot of extra mounting hardware. Airflow seems really good.

Cons: Speed control basically didn't work on either fan. Mis-labling on one cable almost burned it up.

Other Thoughts: Ordered 2 of these fans. both seem fairly quiet and good airflow. However one fan the the speed control doesn't work at all. Other fan, speed control works but only if you don't have the led plugged in. If you plus in the led, the fan goes to max speed.

One of the fans had the led +/- labeling backwards. when I hooked it up and turned it on, I could immediately smell something cooking. The cable instantly got so hot from being hooked up backwards, it was bubbling the insulation. This could have been really bad. I don't need things catching on fire inside my machine

5 out of 5 eggsLove these fans

Pros: I have owned these fans in several different colors for well over a year. These are my newest additions.
I love the CFMs these blow, the color is a very nice blue and matches my MB colors. I like the ability to also turn off the LEDs as well. Very quiet fan.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Hope they last a good long time.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Quiet, good air flow, and bright.

Cons: N/A

Other Thoughts: Purchased this to replace a defective fan that came with my case. It's quiet and works very well. Over all I'd purchase this product again and very likely to recommend it to anyone looking to replace a similar sized fan.

4 out of 5 eggsDecent Fan

Pros: Air Flow
Value
Build Construction
Ability to disconnect the LED's

Cons: Doesn't always line up properly

Other Thoughts: Got these fans to upgrade the stock fans on the Cooler Master HAF 932 Advanced case which were starting to whine after 17 months of 24/7 usage.

Fans look good, not too bright, vivid blue color goes great with a 2 meter long blue LED strip.

My only complaint was with one of the fans mounting properly to the front of my case (mentioned above) as an intake fan replacement. No matter the angle or how I lined it up, I could only get the top 2 screws in. There was no open holes to screw the bottom 2 screws in without drilling yourself. I guess the stock intake fan is unique to this case. Used a few pieces of electrical tape to keep the bottom of the fan from rattling due to vibration and only top screws used.

5 out of 5 eggsThis Thing Blows!!! (In a good way)

Pros: Just received the fan today (2 days earlier than expected).
I have the Thermaltake ARMOR+ 100 Case and I needed to replace my side fan which had frozen bearings. This fan is a great replacement and it purrs nicely.

It does have a good aggressive look as well and I love the fact it has the Fluid Dynamic Bearings (FDB) which sound much nicer than the old fan.

You do have to research the fan a bit better than I did as I did not know it has a 12 volt connector and LED connector (both of which I plugged into fan headers on the board).
The fan and housing seem to be very solid and well constructed.

The fan blades are the nicest I've seen and they are so powerful that I can feel the air from its reverse flow 6-8 inches off of the side panel vent. I also noticed a vast increase of airflow through my rear fan exhaust, probably 3x what it used to be. it has brought my CPU Temp down by 7 Celsius (although my other fan was not at full capacity any longer)

Great price and a solid buy. I know I haven't had it for long but I will be sure to post if anything bad occurs.

1 x Thermaltake ArmorPlus(Armor+) VH6000BWS Black Aluminum / Steel ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Cons: As another poster stated there were absolutely no instructions. The fan came with rubber screws which I have never seen before.

I hope I installed them right... although the fan feels well placed.

I took a rubber screw and placed a washer on it and ran it to the head of the screw over a rubber lip and it snapped in place.

I then ran the screw in through my side panel and through the fan casing (plenty of openings on fan housing for various placement btw) . I put on a second washer and slid it to the middle of the screw, (on the middle of the screw there is a "knee cap" of sorts) held down on the washer and then pulled on the screw to tighten it and it snapped in place.

When I first saw them I overthought it.

If I was prepared for the board connections and didn't put the fan on backwards once, I would have been done in about 15-20 minutes.

3 out of 5 eggsPoorly balanced

Pros: Very powerful fan, pretty LED, comes with a connector switch too

Cons: This thing wobbles at 2 to 7V, it will stabilizer after 7V and fully balanced at 12V. The wobble sound will annoying some folks. It's actually very annoying, downright obnoxious.

1 out of 5 eggsWish I could give you an actual review

Pros: Looks cool.

Cons: I have no idea how they planned on mounting this fan. It's supposed to be a 230mm, but wasn't even close to fitting in the 230mm fan area of my NZXT Phantom. No instructions, no online guides, nothing. No way of hooking this in and if there is, there is something they are not telling me.
