3 out of 5 eggsNot bad

Pros: Great price and very easy to install and replace.

Cons: I have had 3 of these fail on me. One of them was in a harsh environment while the others were indoors with a constant temp of 68 - 72.

Other Thoughts: I really like the fans but the fail rate was so high that I replaced them with higher quality ones.

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet

Pros: I care most about how loud the fan is. I replaced the stock fan because I wanted it to be quieter. This thing is silent.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Maybe the air flow is less or the CPU not as cool... but I don't know or care, cause it's quiet.

3 out of 5 eggsSiberian 80mm CPU Fan w/Heatsink

Pros: Great price, looks decent, quiet.

Cons: The heat sink base has imperfections (divots) made during the polishing process. This would be unacceptable for higher end CPU heat dispersion..

Other Thoughts: ..but then again if you were using this for OC'ing or of the sort then you need to upgrade to a better product in general.

1 out of 5 eggsNot Pleased

Pros: Motherboard clip / retention method is extremely nice. Intel needs to take note!

Cons: Horrible heatsink. i3-3220 with case side panel off and over 60 C. Took off and verified installation twice.
Turned off fan control, still bad temps. This is a 55watt CPU folks! Heatsink capability extremely over stated.

Other Thoughts: All I wanted was a simple heatsink that was quieter then OEM in a HTPC. This is just as noisy and has very poor cooling.

3 out of 5 eggsNot Bad for general use

Pros: Nice heat sink for general use. deffinately does stuff fast if your looking for that. i have an i5 and it keeps it going pretty good.

Cons: the thermal paste it comes with sucks i used arctic silver instead. maybe it's because i didn't use enough but it just won't keep the intense games low enough for my taste. CPU tops out at around 73 C when i get into a game. also the clips are really hard to get latched but if you don't break your processor by latching them then your good.

2 out of 5 eggsYou get what you pay for

Pros: It's cheap

Cons: It's Cheap!

bought a AMD A8-3870K and tried to cool it with this... BAD IDEA. it ran idle at 79 degrees. The stock cooler did the job but it's loud. thinking of going with the Scythe SCBSK-2100 next. Might be fine with a low end processor but anything close to quad core or high end dual core isn't going to cut it

5 out of 5 eggsGreat low profile budget cooler

Pros: This was a perfect fit for my Silverstone ML03B. Only 2 coolers were slim enough to handle a quad AMD 95w CPU and fit in the case. The other option was more expensive and required changing out the base since its a heatpipe.

The PWM fan is helpful if your motherboard supports it. Idles/light usage at 20C and maxes at 53C under 100% usage during video encoding. PWM fan ramps up RPM as needed.

Cons: The thermal paste it came with is junk. Use your own.

3 out of 5 eggsquiet but not powerful

Pros: quiet, easy to install on FM1, pressed and hooked on.

Cons: The fan box labeled "CPU up to TDP 82w", unfortunately this info didn't show up on newegg. I purchased this fan a few months ago and installed it yesterday. I have an APU which has TDP 100w. No surprise, my idle cpu temp reached 70C. Probably not the highest it can go, I just turned off the computer not to risk any longer. The stock fan is louder but idle temp keeps below 52C. Now i have to put stock fan back again. Put the paste is not that fun thing to do.

Other Thoughts: Since my CPU TDP is out of the capbility of this fan, I give 3 eggs just to warn its limitation.
