Pros: it is PMW, it works and it is quiet!love the mounting pins

Cons: none that I have found so far.
only minor gripe is it could come in 2-4 other colors

Pros: These fans have a good direct air flow . I use them for my gpu's . Cable is sleeved and long.

Cons: Pricey, Orange ??

Pros: Push / Pulls a lot of air
On Low Setting with Fan Controller its very quite
Have Two Mounted on Side of Case
The Rubber Mounts are a nice touch

Pros: Got these on sale for a great price.
Already have had 2 Cougar 140mm's for my front fans. These went on my CPU heatsink and rear case exhaust.

Noticed a 3 degree temperature drop from my stock heatsink fans.

They run fairly quiet when mounted vertically. Not sure about horizontally.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: i would buy these again. the orange is very hard to match with the inside of your case if thats what you are going for. but honestly i dont care. these are great little fans i bought 2 when they were a shell shocker for like $10 a piece. should have bought more. still might. YOU SHOULD.

Pros: Rubber pads on case, rubber mounts, long cable

Cons: When this fan is running around 1000 RPM on PWM control it makes a horrible high pitched noise. A replacement fan had the same problem.

Other Thoughts: I have two Cougar 140mm fixed RPM fans that are great so I was surprised to have such a bad experience with this PWM fan.

Other Thoughts: This is the first non stock fan I've ever purchased, the stock fan on my liquid cooler died and it was cheaper to just buy a new one over the RMA.
For anyone in the same situation or just looking to upgrade, I highly recommend this far, I was just blown away by the difference in sound level. I think the biggest difference I noticed was due to the rubber along the outside edge which removes any case vibrations.

Pros: Moves lot's of air at a reasonable price quietly in vertical position

Cons: these fans do not like horizontal position as the bearing starts whining ( well known issue)

Other Thoughts: They still get a 5 rating because they still do their job and at a good price.
I use another brand fans on h100's and such but they cost over $20 each.

Pros: So far one of the best fans I have bought. Glad I got them on sale as the rebate is well... read on.

Cons: The rebate form is a joke. First the item# on it doesn't exist and that might be their loop hole to deny it. And they expect you to check up on it... after 10 weeks! However, the next line states that Cougar throws away denied rebates at 3 months (12 weeks!) thus giving you only a 2 week window to ask if it was approved. Oh and expected processing takes 12-16 weeks and thats listed first so if you end of waiting 4 months and then inquire, you guessed it, they trashed the record. That in conjunction with the strange instructions to put the rebate together (item number on the envelop? throw salt over your shoulder?) makes me think that I probably wont get this rebate.
