5 out of 5 eggsNice, cool, reliable and Quiet

Pros: Anytime I need to build a system I think I will get these fans, especially if the system includes a cooling unit like the corsair 80i

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Fans

Pros: - I was going to wait and see how these preform before reviewing but after 4 days I can't wait, these are SO worth the price.

- They move plenty of air through a cheap $10 case from craigslist with an overclocked Q6700 and a Hyper Evo 212 (for those who know that chip it runs hot!).

- Along with the previous statement these also have a very good static pressure performance for the cost! (which is very important for a radiator or compact case)

- They are more quiet than I expected for the price, the sound that is audible at higher rpms is a breeze like sound rather than mechanical and does not bother me in the least!

-I would highly, highly recommend buying these for anyone looking for a budget build or just wants to be conscious of their spending habits.

- I like the color combination

Cons: - Absolutely none

Other Thoughts: Cougar seems to be a great company, the product came in a nice simple package, that is recyclable which I appreciate. They know where to put their money in a product to make it a good balance of price to performance.

I will certainly consider Cougar from now on when looking for a new case/fan(s)/or whatever they seek to produce in the future.

5 out of 5 eggsnice and quiet and orange

Pros: they're orange, they come in a four pack, and they ARENT MOLEX. Need I say more? they seem to move a lot of air despite being quiet.

Cons: No orange LED's (why someone doesn't do more purple and orange LED lit fans I will never understand). They aren't 140's (I'd just like to see a company do a 4 pack of 140mm 3 or 4 pin fans, anything but molex) That's really it. These seem great.

4 out of 5 eggsacceptable at price

Pros: 12volt, max rpm noise level is equal to or less than most fans. (about six fifty per fan). At lowest voltage that will still start fan (greater than 5volts) it is essentially silent but still moves a fair amount of air. I like orange

Cons: Will not always start spinning at 5volts so these cannot simply be wired to the 5volt leads from the PSU. Meaning you will need to either wire up 7volts (which I did not try but should be perfectly silent and maintain good air movement) or you must use control voltage from a motherboard fan header through bios or use a fan controller.

Other Thoughts: In other words they are excellent as long as you are using them between 6 and about 10 volts.

I like orange

4 out of 5 eggsbudget fans!

Pros: The quality of these fans are definitely above average. Move LOTS of air.

Cons: One of the fans has a slight click to it. There is no way these fans are 17 decibels...they aren't loud but they aren't silent either..

Other Thoughts: For $30 this is probably the best bang for your buck if you need some new fans. The noise these make are not loud, but you can definitely hear them. It's not an annoying hum or drone like normal fans though. Its more of a windy day sort of sound. Like a gentle breeze.

5 out of 5 eggsFlawless!

Pros: I replaced several basic case fans on 2 machines. I used 3 in one of my larger gaming case and 1 in a HTPC to help move more air.
Idle temps on GPC dropped about 3 degrees C, noticeable more quite than the stockers once the machine is being abused for media/games.

Cons: None at this time.

Other Thoughts: Worth the money to get the 4 pack, don't buy as a single.

4 out of 5 eggsgood fans

Pros: I have all 4 fans in my Sentey case and my case is running 10-20 degrees cooler. Sound not bad at all, my power supply makes more noise than all 4 of the fans. Good buy.

Cons: no neon if u need that for case display

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: These are much quitter than my old fans

Cons: I would question thought if they actually move as much air as they say they do.
