Pros: Really quiet at low speeds. Has blue LEDs and is 140mm.

Cons: Sounds like an internal combustion engine at higher speeds. The replacement fan has the same problem as the first one that I received.

Other Thoughts: Great fan unless you want to use this at higher speeds.

Pros: RMA went smooth after post of my original review. No problems with this fan now, the fan hub moved too freely back & forth on the old one causing vibration and hm-mm. This one doesn't move very much. Great color, cfm & quiet..

Other Thoughts: They can't be perfect all the time! I have 17 Cougar fans now!

Pros: Excellent cooling and air movement. Nice medium intensity LED. Very good noise level. For a fan that is. Seriously though, pretty quiet, especially compared to performance level.

Cons: Should have waited for a sale, spent $20 per fan, could have got 'em for $15.

Pros: Very quiet. Only hear air going through vents. Nice blue lights. Pads are nice. Fins do cut back on air turbulence. Quietest fan in the case and the biggest

Cons: Not alot of air. My 120 I had in before pushed more air but was way louder.
The pins are too short and stiff.
Price seems high for just being silent

Other Thoughts: This fan could really use an overdrive or a turbo button. Seems like its throttled to low at its max. Another 300 or 500 rpms would be nice for more flow. I think the fan would still be quiet.

Pros: Well, they're quiet. And they look great! Don't really push too much air, but theyre only 1000 RPM and so I understand. I have three on a 420mm rad in the top of my Switch 810, and two as front intakes. They're quiet, move decent air, and look good!

Cons: Really could push more air, if you want something powerful look elsewhere, but I know this going in.

Cons: This fan has something wrong with it. As in hmm & vibration. The fan blade can be moved easily Back & forth. The fan hub is very warm. Purchased a couple of weeks ago but just got my case today & put the system together!

Other Thoughts: I own 16 Cougar fans 120mm & 140mm not a problem with any of them. No reviews when I purchased it now 2 other people have the same problem. I also purchased the green 120mm no issues with that fan.

It is unfortunate that we have to provide replacement to fix the problem via www.hecgroupusa.com/downloads by completing the RMA form and follow the instruction.

Pros: Solid build like all other COUGAR fans. Long sleeved cable. 4-blue LEDs that aren't obnoxiously bright. Moves a good amount of air without much spread.

Cons: Fan makes sort of a rubbing sound like there isn't enought hydraulic fluid around the fan shaft and can be heard with all fans on low. Fan hub feels warm like something is causing too much friction.

Other Thoughts: I don't know if I just got a bad fan or what, but I'm not exactly impressed. I have 2 COUGAR CF-V14HB fans in my PC including this one and both are perfect. I was expecting something similar to them, but it didn't turn out that way.

Pros: Looks nice

Cons: Won't fit in my case
Metal screws don't fit in holes
Toolless rubber holders extremely difficult to use

Other Thoughts: After spending a half hour squeezing the rubber holders into the two front holes, there was no way to get the rear two in even with the motherboard removed. There just isn't enough space to maneuver. Then spent another half hour trying to use the metal screws instead, but they don't fit. The just keep going in crooked.
